“Placed order for 2x synergy boost on 25th June, received delivery with only 1 item only. Rang next day to question order situation they said they will send one for Monday, waited till Friday still no delivery so had to ring back to find out what’s going on. Then eventually received the rest of my order 2 weeks later”

“The evri delivery driver who delivered my battery handed it to me sideways despite clearly seeing writing on the box saying to keep upright. Luckily no acid leaked out”

“I often search GSF parts online and on several occasions the part is unavailable or out of stock at my local Norwich branch. When I phone GSF Norwich, they tell me that the part is actually in stock in the Norwich branch. I recently used the delivery service for a part and it took 4 days to arrive, I will not use that service again.”

“Order process was easy and all parts in stock but when the boxes arrived they looked a bit worse for wear. 1 box open and the other one was just holding together. Maybe need a better courier or better tape on the boxes.”

“GSF service fine. Only 3* because product made in China. Purchased Brembo brake discs rather than cheaper alternative becuase of the brand's reputation. Horrified to read "Made in China" on the box! OK, they have all the necessary euro safety spec markings and hopefully Brembo closely monitor QA in the Chinese factory but I'm still not convinced. Would not have bought them had GSF declared country of origin on their website. Reluctantly fitted them rather than return for refund as needed to get vehicle moving.”

“The parts arrived next day no problem. I contacted GSF about the June15 promotion, as when I added the discount code it said it wasn't applicacble and it ended on the 6th, it was the 6th. As I needed the parts, I purchased them but have still not heard back from GSF.”

“When I ordered my battery online it said delivery would be on a Tuesday. I took the day off work and nothing. I went on live chat and they said it would be the following day, I rushed home from work, still no delivery. It turned up on Thursday. I know there was a bank Holiday but don't show delivery dates when it won't be delivered.”

“Online prices are good, don't go to the store, I went to the Hastings store the member of staff was rude and tried to charge me £68 for oil and filter which I purchased online and had it delivered for £48, I will never go to the store again but I will use gsf online”
