Great service but how do I get an incorrect part change as no one answers the phone .

The item required was not availible for the model and upon phoning they said they didnt stock a different item either .

Very pleased with the range of products and stock availability. However twice now I have arrived to collect a reservation, which is confirmed as ready for collection, but cannot be found or has not been prepared. Even the reservation number is not recognised at the counter. Then there is a delay while (I think) the items are picked from the shelves. No explanation or apologies for causing alarm and hanging around.

In the end. after some effort, I got the correct part that I needed, which is the main thing. Minor issues included that the price I was quoted on the phone didn't turn out to be the final price, it was only the price without VAT (which wasn't mentioned at all). Also due to the centralised phone number the part ended up being at a different branch than I had first expected (with a resultant wasted trip for me to the first branch), again nothing was mentioned. Also... etc. But in the end I was happy to get a good part.

They need to keep the stock and the website up to date I ordered and was waiting and a day before delivery i had an email so it made the job get put back by few days until I got the parts off a different supplier

Sometimes the website doesn’t always work and sometimes they don’t have the parts that I want out of stock but apart from that service is always polite and friendly and helpful many thanks

It took a long time for anyone in the store to acknowledge my presence, it seemed the one person who wasn't dealing with the only customer was content to be on her mobile phone. Your pricing is very competitive, and on this occasion, you were a few pounds cheaper than euro car parts for the same products, but for the quality of service I would prefer to use them going forward. Your now constant emailing of offers/marketing is also irritating. I own 2 cars, i don't need a daily email offering me parts.

Confirmation of order via email very slow. Site stating parts not in my local store when they clearly are when I call in person,come on this is not acceptable.

GSF was always my first choice for car parts. Unfortunately they now are always out of stock online. Prices in store are very much higher. Regrettably I now source from Euro Car Parts first.

In store excellent service.. online chat rubbish! Website offered 2 different size break pads for the front of my car, obviously only one was correct. Instore checked dealers website to ensure I had the right part, online chat obviously only checked their own website. Not angry, just disappointed..

Parts ordering simple and coms good but had to wait a long time in the shop to collect, there was only one customer before me, I'm glad it wasn't busy.

Staff very helpful. Had parts in different location. So got from there . When I wanted to return 1 of the parts my local GSF wouldn’t take them, I had to go all the way back to where I bought them from. Surely GSF internal accounts system could be better for all !!

Many thanks for my fast delivery. Wasn't happy that the transport bungs were missing and I received a bag with electrolyte in the bag from leakage in transport
