I've used GSF for decades and will continue to use them going forward also. The only query I had with this purchase was the fact that the 12v car battery was delivered on its side, despite the box clearly being marked with 'This was UP at all times'. As such, I'm not sure whether it spent its whole delivery life on its edge, or just the 'final mile'. Clearly this is a bit of a shame, as could be easily avoided.

Easy to place my order but when collecting it took far too long to get served - women gossiping behind the counter and no interest in doing any work.

Whilst the people, when you speak to them are great there is a lack of available information about the products both online and in person. I recently spent over an hour trying to identify the contents of drivtech antifreeze and the outcome was I had to order it and hope as noone knew. Especially frustrating as GSF own the brand. the order was dispatch and packed well and arrive as expected though.

Hit and miss - sometimes very professional and other times very unprofessional. For example travelling 35 minutes to collect a part that wasn’t in stock, despite receiving an email starting it had been checked and in stock and awaiting collection. I did submit a complaint to identify an issue and hopefully resolve but nothing received as of 29 Dec 23.

Delivery was good but I find the online catalogue both confusing and misleading. Unlikely to use the delivery service again.

You advertise parts and when you go to order them they are out of stock everywhere !. Only a very few parts are actually available

Some parts for my classic car wasn't same as I ordered but it still better then nothing..( ordered some rubber gasket and received my double order for cork ones ..)

Was sent wrong parts for my car, so had to return them but I had to pay the postage which I think they should pay when it was there mistake.

All in all experience was ok, delivery was later than advertised it was dark by the time rad arrived, also the radiator purchased was not suitable for my car even though the web site said it was, I had to spend extra time making it fit then the day after I had to purchase all new hoses that fitted correctly

All ok except for 1 item that showed as in stock, but after checkout etc finally sent an email to say no longer in stock!?! Why not just update the website as out of stock?? I checked after this and the website says i can still buy it!??1

1st time I ordered for next day delivery I received parts the next day. Since then I.ve ordered twice for next day delivery and received 3 to 5 days later. But I still think GSF is great 👍👍👍

I would have liked to give 5 stars as per usual. However, on this occasion the parcel delivery was very badly packed. It was thrown together, with the heaviest item 5ltr oil bottle on top of paper filters. Luckily was able to reform deformed panel filters as best as possible. Perhaps the team at warehouse packing could do with schooling on how to pack a delivery box properly. Heavy's on bottom, lights on top.

The part didn't come on the agreed day. The part box was a right mess , that back DPD had re- boxed it . It was the cheapest part , between the part chain so that was good .

Prices ok, but parts arrived late despite paying for next day delivery and in damaged boxes. Also no answer from call centre when I rang twice to chase delivery.

Order process seamless: opted to pay for next day delivery as part was urgent and vehicle needed for journey in 2 days time (on weekend). UPS failed to deliver (communicated this at 2008hrs, after I had stayed in all day waiting for part). Sent immediate email to GSF communicating my disappointment, but no support response received until Monday, when they confirmed they would refund the next day delivery payment (my request, not their suggestion): no apology for failure to meet expected standards. I therefore had to find alternative transport at short notice: not ideal.
