The part doesnt fit, even tho it was recommended by reg plate. Tried to get in touch with customer services via live chat and email no answer.

good product & price & one of the guys ( who was actually having his dinner) put it down & helped me to put the Adblue in my car which was impossible to do by myself without spilling all over me & my car. Above & beyond GSF thank you

After 7 working days I still don’t have my part and I one can tell me when it will be delivered. The customer service staff have been very dismissive and less than helpful

Well, despite Ramendar Kanwar welcome apologies for which I accept, it doesn't excuse the awful service I received after an online order for a track rod end . Placing the order was simple and with a specified delivery date I was hopeful of the order being delivered in time for the MOT thus removing the threat of a failure and inconvenience. The date came and went ,the part not delivered, and no indication of why. After, firstly an email with no response I headed to 'Chat'. Reminder politely explained that it was a special order.That wasn't made clear when oder placed only suggested that it would be 2-4 working days, so two delivery dates. The real complaint here is that when on the fourth day I rang you because no tracking was sent to me , it appeared that it hadn't even been ordered by GSF to Febi, I was staggered by this and saw red as the MOT was due the following day thereby not giving me a chance the fit the part. Luckily it passed with the track rod being an advisory. The phone call with your representative resulted in a next day delivery . Unfortunately the motor industry is rife with Lip-service , not in a good way, very poor , profits before customer satisfaction. You are not alone shame you can't pop your head above the parapet and lead the way.If I ran my business in your manner I wouldn't last long.Im not in your industry any longer although I did do 40 years in as a main dealer so I do know what I'm talking about.

Parts ordered but didnt turn up! 11 emails unanswered. eventually found a number to call but was on hold for 47mins! However,when answered my issue was dealt with efficiently and with a good outcome {refund}.

Parts came in two parcels one on Saturday when I needed them and one on Monday which annoyed me as I wasn't kept informed apart from that parts fitted and job done
