“Went to the store to pick up an alternator after using the website and using my reg it suggested to me the one and placed my order to collect from the Bilston branch. Once I collected the item checked the box and it states Volvo so after searching the online tool has told the incorrect one then to make matters worse the correct one no one had in stock in the end I had to get the reconditioned from a place that does this”

“The items i’ve ordered delivered in parts. I’ve been contacting them almost everyday for the other part of my order. They said they will email the main warehouse and will email me once they get a response. Up until now, its already been more than 7 days since i ordered it. i havent received any email or delivery date for my order.”

“I ordered 2 front wipers for my Audi Q2 including the car reg number, they arrived promtly and my garage tried to fit them. They would not fit. I managed to contact a depot in Shrewsbury which told me to send them back. I asked for a return label for the parcel which is common practice with all reputable companies. Obviously they didn't have one. 'You will have to deliver them back here, 'mate'. Told him I was not his mate. So to have a refund I had to spend approx 25 mile round trip to return the wrong wipers which cost more than the wrong wipers. Is this your sales policy? If it is you can rest assured that this former customer will be just that no matter how cheap your shoddy goods cost. I look forward to receiving my credit.”
