“Rear brake pads order as ones ordered elsewhere were wrong ones when arriving. GSF having the actual blueprint drawings of the part is for me a must have as I live in a remote area and can’t just nip down for replacements. Arrived quickly, well packed and exactly as expected. Can’t ask for more than that really.”

“Ordered a car filter. Was told that I had so many days to pick up. Got a reminder email to say that I only had 2 more days to pick up. Went straight to GSF only to be told that my order had been taken off the system as I had waited to pick up. Order found eventually but you need to sort this out.”

“I needed some spark plugs urgently and could not get them locally from anywhere, so my grandson uses GSF frequently and told me to check, they had some, ordered and collected within 2 hours. Very efficient and staff were very good, polite and pleasant. I would recommend GSF”

“I searched for an alternator using my vehicle registration. It showed as available in stock for click and collect, when actually it was available to collect after 10am the following day. When I collected my order I checked against the original part I had removed and the new one was incorrect. Condescendingly the assistant asked if I had used the registration number when checking online, to which I responded yes. She then did a further search and found the part delivered to the store wasn’t even carried by that store so all in all a total shambles and waste of time (60 min round trip to my nearest branch). The cost was refunded there and then and I purchased from elsewhere.”

“Ordered all parts, brake discs and pads front and rear, using my regular number. Only to find when I came to fit them that they were the incorrect parts, not even the same model! Rang to see what I could do and was told that the website was rubbish and I should have phoned in. Wouldn’t deliver correct parts to swap over! Managed to get to the depot where I was told again that the website is rubbish, so why have it!!! However the female counter assistant was very helpful in swapping the parts for the correct ones.”

“Ordered 6 litres of Castrol GTX C4, 4 Litres and 2 X 1 litres. Only one of the 2 litres was C4. Had to return to the shop but didn't have a second bottle in stock. Was told that it could be ordered and available by 2pm. Went in next day and was told it wouldn't be in until 10am. After some searching it was located on one of the shelves.”

“Ordered a cambelt kit, water pump and aux belt. The aux belt was incorrect for my vehicle (I used the registration feature on the website) so now I had to put the old belt back on will take me twice as long... Thanks.”
