“I was told by msg my parts would be ready for collection after 10 am I drove over 10 miles at 10.30 am to pick it up only to be told by a stroppy bloke that and I quote " click n collect has nothing to do with gsf and they do this all the time. It'll be on our 11 o'clock delivery so come back any time after 12 " I'm a bit confused as to why gsf use a completely different service for click n collect under the same umbrella as GSF not happy with having to drive back and forward to pick up car parts”

“I ordered a set of wiper blades for my BMW F11 on line for collection. I was supplied with blades for a Citreon which did not fit. I was the charged extra for the correct parts which were fortunately in stock. I then had problems fitting them as these had obviously been incorrectly supplied to another custumer and had been fitted with adaptors for another model and should have been packaged seperately.”
