I HAVE BEEN A TRADE CUSTOMER FOR OVER 15 YEARS AND AM DISGUSTED,ALONG WITH TRADE COLLEAGUES THAT THE PUBLIC CAN OBTAIN PARTS CHEAPER BY ORDERING THEM ON-LINE THAN WE CAN IN STORE.WE DON'T ALWAYS KNOW WHAT WE NEED UNTIL IT OCCURS AND HAVING TO SIT AT THE COMPUTER AND DO A CLICK AND COLLECT IS NOT EFFICIENT USE OF OUR TIME,PARTICULARLY AS WE ARE 100M AWAY FROM THE STORE.HOWEVER,AS TO THE STORE WE USE IN READING THE STAFF ARE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY

Purchased a battery that was supposed to be specific to my vehicle, yet when it arrived it was clearly smaller than the original. I had a local service garage look at fitting it with the use of some spacers, but they advised it wouldn’t have sufficient capacity to run everything and, in addition, they were dubious as to whether it wouldn’t adversely affect the cars electronics. Not impressed.

Why on earth do you have to go on line to order parts which are cheaper when the person behind the desk in the shop could quite easily do that for you! this isnt being helpful, Europarts do everything they can to help the customer not put barriers in the way, very helpful ppl they are!

Ordered brake cleaner over a week later it never arrived, guy on the phone was nice he offered me a refund or replacement straight away. This was my first purchase from GSF hopefully it was just a error in shipping and not a common thing.

Despite entering my registration number and being told the parts fitted my car when the arrived they did not fit. on phoning up GSF I was told they did not do the part for my car as it was to old! I then even had to pay the return postage despite it being GSF mistake! I still await the refund of my money.

You supplied an incorrect item, upon discovery I contacted both the store & head office with a wish for you to send me a replacement to my address but was told both times it couldn't be done. I had the inconvenience of making a special trip into store to pick up the correct item. Little understanding from a customer service pov.

Bought a new car battery last week. It was delivered quickly but upside down and a pint of battery acid was sloshing around in the plastic bag and three of the cells were empty. I have found it difficult to tell GSF what has happened because there is no obvious email address. The one I used won't accept replies. Maybe other parts are ok but I can't recommend buying a battery from GSF

The new part packed after 15 miles,now have to send it back and wait 4-6 weeks for it to be tested,in the meantime i either buy another one at my expense or no car

Worst on line experience ever. Paid for next day. Contacted GSF as not arrived by 5pm (told would arrive by 6) Did not arrive. Contacted GSF (office closed) Rang next morning (told would arrive by 6 (refunded delivery) Thx. Parts arrive middayish with driver carrying box upside down (battery!) and when pointed out, driver says don’t worry you should see the warehouse!!! Rang GSF and told it will be fine, just clean off any excess battery acid. Not the best will never use again

I ordered a set of brake pads, Unfortunately these were the wrong ones for the car, even after giving them the vehicle registration. It turns out there were 3 possible pads for this car and I was just given a set and not explained this, other wise I would have bought all 3 and taken the 2 unused back

Ordered a window regulator online using my reg No. Took the door apart to find out the part was for a completely different model. Correct part ordered and delivered next day but big inconvenience.

GSF would be so so so much better if they just set a price for all that was fair! If you just go in and buy something it’s about 60% more expensive then if you go online, find whatever code is used that week, enter this then collect shortly after. As a result instead of going in and speaking to friendly staff you have to spend 10 mins in your car ordering in advance... or pay over twice the price! My father and friends who aren’t tech savvy or can’t be bothered just go elsewhere.... Just price things normally!

Ordered parts online to pick up next day got to gsf an still waited 15mins for parts .poor quality parts for a top brand .dip stick tube didn’t fit

The part sent, although listed for the car was incorrect. My mechanic spoke to the team and they agreed that the listing was at fault. Another part was obtained elsewhere. Trying to return the wrong part is a nightmare. I keep being told that the part is correct for the vehicle reg. No way would it have fitted, but you refused to pay for return postage.
