selected the correct car and reg and i selected the parts provided via the websites and got oil filter and fuel filters wrong, i selected Mann filters was disappointed by this due to getting parts on 60% discount. therefore losted a bit monet.

Ordered parts but have been unable to çollet them due to work commitments..... was told i could have them delivered for twice the price... çraźy......

Your stock doesn’t seem as good as it used to be, on one occasion you didn’t have an oil and fuel filter for a 2010 seat Ibiza, on another occasion I was given a set of brake pads for an Alhamba which turned out to be incorrect, after going back and being told you didn’t have the correct pads I went down to Euro car parts who were out of stock, went back to GSF to order correct pads for Monday, was served by someone else who after a little while found the correct pads which were in stock. Waiting time at the counter seems to take forever, I have an account with you but now tend to use euro car parts, even know I have to drive past GSF to get to euro. I have a set of pads that I have taken back, do to being noisy. If my claim is rejected after the replacement set stopped the noise, and it was a big order (front discs as well as rear pads and discs I will close my account and use Euro for all my parts.

Despite entering my reg the part I received (from East Leeds branch) was wrong and for an earlier version of my van. I returned for refund the next day, which was done, but a week later it's still not gone through on my bank account. The person serving was helpful enough though.

After trying to purchase items online and it clearly saying that my items qualify for free delivery I kept finding a£19.95 delivery charge I Sent an email and was told it was free delivery mainland only and that’s was it I the agent didn’t try to sort anything out and made me feel like I was an inconvenience I emailed again and was told to get the store to order it so u rang the store spoke to the agent about it he actually said and what would you like me to do about it!!! I was really surprised that someone in sales would speak to a potential customer like that in the end it still was going to cost £19.95 for delivery to the store which really defeats the object of buying a £24.99 led hand lamp thanks for nothing Gsf I’ll be trying elsewhere in the near future

Premium brake shoes failed after fitting prior to MOT. Thank goodness they failed during the test and not on the road. Fitter who replaced them said that they looked cheap And nasty.

Collected the item, placed it in the boot, and the top could not have been tight as the contents leaked into my car

2 voices on line for a timing chain kit for a Corsa 1.0 1 said without sprockets the other was more expensive so I thought that would have sprockets. WRONG! Had to send kit back at my expense and order the correct kit having been given a part number for it by GSF Bristol

Purchsed 3x 5L bottles of Drive Tec screenwash and was told 3 days for delivery but had to contact GSF as order was never arriving after about 10 days . Spoke with GSF online chat only to be told that in fact my order had been 'damaged in transit'. Asked as to why as a customer I had not been informed earlier either by txt or email as to missing order. GSF gave options of refund or re-order so I chose to Re- order. Arrived 2 days later. Have again contacted GSF to make them aware of possible issues with transporting this particular product, as leaking may occurr when posting liquids by courier as no protective bubble packaging placed inside so bottles were able to move about in the enclosed box which is not ideal. Although the 5L plastic bottles although arrived in box upright there was still a chance of spillage as the manufacturer does not affix a safety inner pull tab seal on the lip of the bottle only a screwtop with perforated twist off lid so there is a high chance that liquid will leak out when being transported if bottles not kept upright. Also ponted out that some couriers will not deliver screenwash as classed as 'dangerous goods' GSF have told me they will pass on my concerns to manufacturer. Will probably order from GSF in the future and hopefully they and Courier will keep customers more informed any issues with orders. I must mention that the Courier failed to notify me of damaged order but both GSF and Courier must take some blame. That is my honest opinion regarding this particular transaction and I have used GSF in the past :) thanks

Bought an aftermarket windscreen washer pump online. The pump arrived quickly but was found faulty once fitted (sprayed front and rear screens at same time and with with limited flow). Emailed the help address without a response but full refund recieved after using the online chat facility.

I buy from various motor factors ,it is frustrating having to make an order on line to get a “special discount price” when the salesperson should be able to give the same price, also not all items are as cheap after applying discount code, the sales person was able to offer a better discount by speaking directly to them!

Web site gave the wrong part. I was told this was my fault, and the part could be returned but I would have to pay for the postage. Part was very slow to arrive, and customer service slow to respond. I have now returned the part(and paid postage) and brought the correct part locally.

Missing parts from clutch kit, picture on web site and real kit what you buy is different, which is confusing things... oil filters wrong size, fuel filter wrong - and everything was checked before I ordered everything by car code and number.. just waisted my time and money.

Heater matrix clearly a returned item as full of gritty scale. Managed to clean out with white vinegar - wasn't viable to return as had already installed once only to find half the matrix was blocked and didn't need the hassle on putting another one back in for the third time!

i keep getting emails saying i did not pick up my part a break light switch when in fact i picked it up paid for it.next day bought it back as it was the wrong part for my car i found the web site very crowded and i believe the search area should be next to car reg

Staff have a lack of parts knowledge prices high in comparison to other retailers and delivery times not good enough having to change supplier to fit with my companys needs a very sad day

Parts were fine ! But delivery was poor !!! No name on package and just delivered to the building, it took two days to find who in the building signed for it and where it was put. I won't be using GSFcarparts to deliver my parts in future.

I HAVE BEEN A TRADE CUSTOMER FOR OVER 15 YEARS AND AM DISGUSTED,ALONG WITH TRADE COLLEAGUES THAT THE PUBLIC CAN OBTAIN PARTS CHEAPER BY ORDERING THEM ON-LINE THAN WE CAN IN STORE.WE DON'T ALWAYS KNOW WHAT WE NEED UNTIL IT OCCURS AND HAVING TO SIT AT THE COMPUTER AND DO A CLICK AND COLLECT IS NOT EFFICIENT USE OF OUR TIME,PARTICULARLY AS WE ARE 100M AWAY FROM THE STORE.HOWEVER,AS TO THE STORE WE USE IN READING THE STAFF ARE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY
