I wanted a clutch cable for a 2003 Fiat Seicento 1.1 On your website there are 2 cables depending which model you have, a short one and a long one. It was difficult to tell which was which because both have the wrong dimensions on the website. Also the hook on the end of the long one is incorrect and you cannot fit the split pin. I reserved the first one at Doncaster online which turned out to be the short one but had the correct hook. I did not purchase it. I went home ordered the other one into the Sheffield branch to collect, when I went the cable was the correct length but the hook was incorrect. So I didn't buy it. I called into both branches to collect the items I had reserved online but ended up purchasing neither because they were incorrect. Instead of the staff cancelling the reservation, for the next 2 weeks I kept receiving emails reminding me to call into branch to collect the items until eventually the orders were cancelled. But this makes me feel as if I have not fulfilled my part of the bargain and that if I reserve something online in the future there may be some sort of black mark against me.

Very miserable grumpy staff no manners after purchasing goods of them no thank you no bye when entering no customer greeting hello.

Ordered a clutch kit online for which I supplied reg number of vehicle.I took the vehicle to a garage to be fitted and was told the wrong kit had been supplied.I was not very happy about this,but whenI rang the depot I had picked it up from the assistant was very helpful and offered me a full refund because he could not get the correct kit because it was the weekend.

Um - tried to buy a rear wiper for vw polo from your shop in Banbury. Price was £23+ which I was told was a discounted price and the best I could have. Bought the same thing from your online shop for £14+. You need you to fix that. It's stupid and makes your company (especially your management) look stupid.

I recently ordered three exhaust rubber mounts for a citroen c1 I went in to pick them up two where in stock and one on a back order!!!!. I could not buy the two in stock or even pay for all three and take the two away to do the job the computer said NO. I had to wait yet another day with a faulty exhaust because of a useless system SORT IT OUT !!!!

Disappointed this time, order all wrong which meant I had to bring it back. Then when I tried to re order it wasn’t giving me options for my vehicle. So had to go elsewhere 🙁🙁

Brake pad set was incomplete - no guide clips. Brake disc set was incomplete too - no new screws for the replacement.

Placed an order online, but was unable to pick up in 2 days as suggested, called the store to hold until Saturday which they would, if the order was going to be canceled the person would let me know. Turned up Saturday morning to be told order had been canceled and would have to re-order online with the relevant discount code if still valid to get the same deal. Should have the option for when the order can be picked-up from the store.

Always order online for my parts and normally dont have a problem but unfortunately this time when i turned up to collect the items they weren't ready there was only 1 person serving so had to wait a good 15 minutes although there were other staff talking in the office fully aware of the queue.

I wanted to cancel my delivery of a battery i ordered on Thursday evening and collect the battery in store as i was told i had to wait until Monday. I find this part of the service not good as the wait for the battery until Monday afternoon.

A ( heavy )clutch kit just dropped loosely in a larger box with no protective packing is not acceptable as the drive tabs etc are easily damaged.... Clutch manufacturers tell us this! No delivery time / date information was provided. If anyone at GFS reads this I would expect feed back from you!!!!

I asked online which pads would best suit my car and ordered from the link provided. Unfortunately there was a system error so the wrong pads where given. Staff was very helpful and gave refund but the correct pads weren't sold by gsf so I had to drive 11 miles each way from near Wigan for nothing due to a bad recommendation from the site on my brakes, waste of fuel and time.

Ordered fuel injectors online using my registration and the part numbers they held are incorrect . Had to then take them into store for them to be sent back to get my refund days later. Not impressed

You supplied me with a used part and I had to return it with a 40 mile round trip. You should keep a check of customer returns before they go back into stock.

I am always loathed to use GSF for any parts and always only as an absolute last resort. My local branch, although close to home, are always rude, don’t even bother to acknowledge me when I say good morning and keep me waiting for no apparent reason - often when they are just having a chat. If I could avoid them I would but sometimes they have a part which my usual supplier doesn’t but thankfully this is rare. Avoid like the plague.
