Due to illness Iwas unable to collect my parts. I called my local outlet and advised they we still OK for collection. After a 30 min drive I arrived to find they were not available and asked if I could purchase them from stock? The parts were available but lady would not apply the discount as carried before online. One item alone cost £8 more. I refused to purchase the item and left. I purchased the item from a main dealer which was a genuine part for no difference in price.

On most occasions I have good service. However on my last purchase that I ordered on line for collect it was not great. It was a Saturday afternoon,I was the only customer I was left waiting for 15 minutes. A member of staff did acknowledge me and told me someone will be with me in a moment. 15 minutes in my opinion is not a moment. Especially when you can see the staff and here the staff chatting...

Purchased a rear exhaust section for a Peugeot 206 1.1 and have found it is a lot "boomier" than the Bosal item removed.

Staff arrogant and not knowledgeable And no face to face contact would have gone elsewhere if it was in stock elsewhere also prices are sometimes dearer than a ford main dealer even for ex staff ( yes I worked for you )

Parts good quality and good price but paid for next day delivery but did not arrive for 3 working days. Asked for a refund on delivery costs via email. The response was just a link to track my package.

Absolute waste of time, ordered sunday for Wednesday delivery and received call Tuesday saying parts were there, said I couldn't make till Wednesday or Thursday, I arrived Thursday to be told parts sent back already!?!? Supposed to be held for 3 days??? No, disappointed

I haven't made a recent purchase from GSF. The reason is because the last thing I bought from your Portsmouth store (two or even three years ago) was for brake discs. The ones supplied were correct according to your website but didn't fit the car. I took them back and explained I had made unnecessary journeys and had to cancel and rearrange fitting. The salesperson, who turned out to be the manager, was unsympathetic and rudely declined my request for some discount to compensate me for my time and expenses. I left my loyalty/discount with him and I have bought one thing from GSF since - an emergency. I acknowledge that there will be occasional errors re. parts but I have had no similar problems with other suppliers. Most annoying was the unsympathetic attitude of your member of staff. I have little incentive to shop with you despite many years as a customer.

selected the correct car and reg and i selected the parts provided via the websites and got oil filter and fuel filters wrong, i selected Mann filters was disappointed by this due to getting parts on 60% discount. therefore losted a bit monet.

Your stock doesn’t seem as good as it used to be, on one occasion you didn’t have an oil and fuel filter for a 2010 seat Ibiza, on another occasion I was given a set of brake pads for an Alhamba which turned out to be incorrect, after going back and being told you didn’t have the correct pads I went down to Euro car parts who were out of stock, went back to GSF to order correct pads for Monday, was served by someone else who after a little while found the correct pads which were in stock. Waiting time at the counter seems to take forever, I have an account with you but now tend to use euro car parts, even know I have to drive past GSF to get to euro. I have a set of pads that I have taken back, do to being noisy. If my claim is rejected after the replacement set stopped the noise, and it was a big order (front discs as well as rear pads and discs I will close my account and use Euro for all my parts.

Despite entering my reg the part I received (from East Leeds branch) was wrong and for an earlier version of my van. I returned for refund the next day, which was done, but a week later it's still not gone through on my bank account. The person serving was helpful enough though.

After trying to purchase items online and it clearly saying that my items qualify for free delivery I kept finding a£19.95 delivery charge I Sent an email and was told it was free delivery mainland only and that’s was it I the agent didn’t try to sort anything out and made me feel like I was an inconvenience I emailed again and was told to get the store to order it so u rang the store spoke to the agent about it he actually said and what would you like me to do about it!!! I was really surprised that someone in sales would speak to a potential customer like that in the end it still was going to cost £19.95 for delivery to the store which really defeats the object of buying a £24.99 led hand lamp thanks for nothing Gsf I’ll be trying elsewhere in the near future

Premium brake shoes failed after fitting prior to MOT. Thank goodness they failed during the test and not on the road. Fitter who replaced them said that they looked cheap And nasty.
