Had to wait 15 to 20 minutes and not one member of staff acknowledged me waiting where I nearly walked out! Once I did get served they were pleasant

No problem with the online order, the parts or GSF online, however the rude and borderline racist / passive aggressive chap at the Bedford branch should be looked into..

I ordered a new car battery and while it was delivered in good time the vents on the battery weren't plugged. This resulted in a fair amount of acid leakage in the bag the battery was in. Which in turn caused irritation on my skin when I removed the battery and also the acid got onto my clothes and actually created a hole in my trousers.

Email help line non existent, nil response after chasing many times, eventually got excellent service from local Ipswich Branch. This seriously let down the quality of online parts supply.

Bought a cabin filter, they sent me the wrong one. Returned it to them. They refunded the price of the item but not the postage. Lost out on the postage both ways. The invoice was full of inaccuracies. Not impressed at all.

Staff not very friendly. The guy that was dealing with my order was angry at me that THEIR website given me wrong part. I'm not planning to go there anymore.

Service was good however the "premium" thermostat was made by Vernet, I would recommend gsf where they mention the manufacturer of the part you recieve otherwise it is a gamble

I love the fact the the shop is close and the offers are amazing but what let’s the shop down is when you turn up in store and it doesn’t matter what day or what time it is but your always left waiting for 10 or so minutes for the staff to come to the counter! Infact I’ve walked out on a few occasions and gone to euro car parts!

The part given was different to one shown in online photo,so the part was wrong.the part given was for a dynamo which most vw owners have long since binned and was not suitable for an alternator which most people have converted too.gsf need to be more precise with there listing rather than wasting peoples time having to return unsuitable parts.this is not helped by the fact that staff members did not even understand the difference between a dynamo or alternator

Part arrived 1 day after expected arrival date 3-5 working days came on the 6th. Carrier was awful, box damaged and bolts were found along driveway that had fallen out of box. GSF - Have made an apology on behalf of the logistics company, would have liked to have actually seen the report go out to the logistics company as I'm sure they wouldn't have sent one. One of the parts was missing a bolt as it fell out of the damaged box, but used an old bolt to get my car back on the road as I couldn't really wait for a replacement

Battery ordered was not in store when it was supposed to be. Good sales assistant sorted the problem. Been bombarded with emails saying my part is in store after I completed purchase, and more to give a review. I can’t say good as it wasn’t, the part works fine, sales assistant was great but not impressed

My parts were ordered I’ve the weekend and would be in store by Wednesday (good) I arrived at store on the Thursday and was told that the order number had been erased by the computer, and they had no record of the order on their system, how ever the parts were still on hold on the shelf so I was still able to get them. Possible operator error or a computer glitch ........

Poor customer service, I bought a battery and paid extra for next day delivery, as it was over Xmas period I called to find out if It would be next day and was told it was a 4 day wait so I cancelled the order on the phone. The call handler said I will be refunded and delivery was cancelled. I still received the battery and they refuse to refund unless I take the battery to a euro car parts store. They said I was wrongly informed by a junior member of staff when I cancelled the order on the phone the day it was ordered.

Thank you for your service but the courier left my parcel in a block of flats, on a staircase and didnt tell anyone. It was left there for 2 days and anyone could of stolen it. Terrible.

I was looking for Petrol car oil flush fluid. I can see cheaper options on other competition websites but was disappointed to see very less options to buy on GSF Shop and website.

web site was so slow I drove to the part department . to find I had to order online to get the discount so I had to order in the part on my mobile phone and wait in the parts department order to come through.

The web site and general functions were fine. I ordered an item for "click and collect" and it was described as being in stock. When I went to collect it the assistant couldn't find it. This meant it had to be ordered in and I had to go back on another day to collect it.
