The service and the prices are excellent, however the website needs improvement. The website needs to match parts to cars more accurately as you are required to enter the registration of the car at the start of the search for parts. Simple parts such as wiper blades I ordered did not have the fitting for my car!!!

Item sent was as ordered, however the address I gave was not the on placed on the item when it was dispatched. It was sent to "3 Manor Farm, Pound Lane" instead of "3 Pound Lane". It was fortunate that a friend noticed the parcel left on the doorstep in the rain and gave me a call. If a customer gives you an address I suggest you use it,

Ordered parts to collect next day. Went in to Trafford Park store, staff member was dealing with a customer with what seemed like a complicated warranty claim, this meant that I stood waiting for 12 minutes, [whilst 3 or 4 other staff members looked on through the large window], admittedly they were on and off the phone, After 12 minutes I had to ask the staff member who was already dealing with the first customer if he could call through one of the other staff members to serve me, as a customer I thought that should have been done with out me having to ask, not impressed...........

Poor service by the advisor on the trade counter, extremely unhelpful. I went to the store as the location was convenient, if time allowed I would have not purchased anything and gone elsewhere. After the experience I shall continue to use Euro car spares with their superior service for planned purchases. A little bit of staff training on customer service would not go a miss. Regards Andrew

The person who served,e the wipers appeared to be thoroughly fed up with his role and was incredibly uncommunicative.. Perhaps he was having a bad day, perhaps his colleagues were being hard on this young chap,but not a good reception.

Ordered an alternator, stripped faulty unit out only to find the supplied new unit completely different, even after the salesperson said 100% it was right. Had to use different supplier to get me out of the s@@t as needed the car back on the road asap. Wont be chancing them again.

Parts are cheap but do not expect to get what you paid for - i.e. I paid for a Mann Frecious Plus cabin filter and was given a cheap Hengst one instead. Furthermore, the fuel filter I purchased was handed to me in the shop clearly damaged in an open box. I wasn’t sure initially, but the guy was serious. I had to thus make him look rather foolish in front of his colleagues and demanded a replacement. Dreadful customer service from Oxford Branch. Will NOT use GSF again unless rectified.

Brake pads OK and sensibly priced. However the 4 guide pin bolts clearly pictured on the listing for these pads were not in the box. GSF's answer was that the picture on their web page was for all brands of this particular type of pad and the bolts were not included with the brand I purchased. Pretty annoying when you find are short of parts when doing a job and overall very unsatisfactory. Beware when buying from GSF's website - do not rely on the pictures of items.

I ordered 4 items for home delivery and instead or sending GSF premium you sent me Mann filters even though the order number was for your own brand.

Choosing the right oil is complicated as the description/fitment description doesn't say if the oil gas DPF. I don't have time to search every oil to check. Please address this issue other than this, the web service is generally good.

Ordered a part online, the content of order was for a completely different car. It clearly was not a mistake just utter carelessness from a packer as it was labelled for me.

Had to wait 15 to 20 minutes and not one member of staff acknowledged me waiting where I nearly walked out! Once I did get served they were pleasant

No problem with the online order, the parts or GSF online, however the rude and borderline racist / passive aggressive chap at the Bedford branch should be looked into..

I ordered a new car battery and while it was delivered in good time the vents on the battery weren't plugged. This resulted in a fair amount of acid leakage in the bag the battery was in. Which in turn caused irritation on my skin when I removed the battery and also the acid got onto my clothes and actually created a hole in my trousers.

Email help line non existent, nil response after chasing many times, eventually got excellent service from local Ipswich Branch. This seriously let down the quality of online parts supply.

Bought a cabin filter, they sent me the wrong one. Returned it to them. They refunded the price of the item but not the postage. Lost out on the postage both ways. The invoice was full of inaccuracies. Not impressed at all.

Staff not very friendly. The guy that was dealing with my order was angry at me that THEIR website given me wrong part. I'm not planning to go there anymore.

Service was good however the "premium" thermostat was made by Vernet, I would recommend gsf where they mention the manufacturer of the part you recieve otherwise it is a gamble
