Not that happy really , usually I always use GFS for my car parts.this time my £160order for some reason known only to the website wouldn't let me collect form my local branch. Waited on delivery so I could get on and service my car. Annoyingly when I got to do the spark plugs I had been sent 4 but one was the wrong part. So I refitted my old plugs and phoned your call centre the next day. They said I couldn't collect and would have to wait for it in post, that was over four days ago, waiting to finish my car service. I shall be calling today. No compensation us been offered.

usually have a great experience but , in 2019 i ordered a LUK Clutch kit for an MX5 MK3. This was great, straight fit sorted however in 2020 i ordered another kit for the same model but for some reason LUK have changed the release bearing which now doesn’t fit the MX5 MK3. GSF sent me a replacement clutch kit but failed to tell me that the clutch release bearing still is the wrong size. I’m trying to get this resolved but it’s going to be a long road. LUK need to investigate their design, it actually looks like they’ve missed fitting a spacer into the middle of the release bearing.

My battery was deliverd to anothet address. That person from the house it got deliverd to left it on my drive just the battery it wasnt in a protextive case and then their waa battery acid all over the battery that then leaked all over my clothes. I did try to contact but was on hold for a long time so just have up in the end. My partner fitted the battery in the end as being lockdown we didnt know how long we would be waiting for a new one as i am a key worker and needed my car .

Suspension supplied doesn't fit in the top mount bush which is an original part. If I order new bushes will they fit new suspension? A suggestion would be to put a note on your products within your site that require extra parts to fit your part to the vehicle.

I ordered a battery for my wife's car which she uses once a week to do our lockdown shopping as the original one was not holding its charge. After 6 days passed I contacted GSF and was told that the receiver wanted it returned. Turns out that UPS had decided it was not going any further than Birmingham on its route to Scotland and sent it back. I was then asked if I wanted a refund as they would just turn around a replacement as they may have staffing problems at this time . Very dissapointed with GSF as I have been a customer since my VW Beetle days a very long time ago. Amazon have come to the rescue this time but I have always had great delivery times and service along with quality parts from GSF.

Got wrong pump, then ordered other one and when arrived o ring was broke and they had no others in stock. To be fair they did refund me but as nowhere else open due to lock down I’m stuck for now

not impressed with my with last two dealing with your GSF. order item online took over a week to get it, but web site state 3/4 day's had to make two phone calls to find out were item was. item 2 order for C/C from store when got there just on closing staff were already running for their car's but knew I was coming as I had phone them, Your Web site also states Next day delivery, But can not get a Delivery from local store in this time of COVID 19 when it is needed most

part arrived with oil marks on product when contacted told this sometimes happens but parts that have been returned should not in my opinion be sent out in that condition

Got told I could buy online and pick up in store so I did just that payed £50 and went in store only to pay another £50 as you can not do that online so I have a part I can't take bk as stores are closed cause of covid19 will I get my money back

Hi there. I will explain short why I left a 2 star rating. My original order came to me in good time and the Webaote is very easy to use, however my order was incorrect ( my fault). But when I asked if I could order the correct item I was told that the items where in stock but I could not have them delivered to my address. This seems absolutely ridiculous to me as you will send one item but not another especially when I need my car to help my elderly parents get food at this time of national crisis. I would really like someone to tell me why you can send one item but not the other. I look forward to hear from you. Regards George Lee

This is 2nd time I have received something different than what I ordered.The invoice was correct but wrong thing was packed. Need more attention to detail whoever's is packing goods

On the website even though id put in my no. Plate the wrong part was displayed. Therefore they sent the wrong part . When I phoned them they said there was a return form to return but since then I am unable to open my account to get the return form. Shame really as their other parts on an other order was spot on and at a Good price.

A lovely set of break pads except having put in my vehicle reg it sold me the wronge pads so donot trust the auto select you need to check they actually fit

Purchased battery from advice on your webpages. Battery was wrong fit. Still waiting for my refund after over a week. Come on GSF. You took my money quick enough but are slow to refund. I can always go to Europarts instead. Regards, James

Order part with next day delivery. Got sent the wrong part. Had to prove it was the wrong part, when it clearly was. Then got sent the correct part 2 days later. Work had to be rescheduled on my vehicle due to this mistake. Never was refunded for paying extra for express delivery. Had to cancel booking at garage as a result. Caused issues getting to work as a key worker. Probably wouldn't use again.
