Sent the wrong rocker cover gasket to me I've sent it back and ordered the correct one and fitted it Haven't received a refund yet and I had to pay for sending it back ??????

Went into store for a wipper blade only to be told you have to click and collect as your site had no pictures of the blade I wanted to look at the blade first it took 1 hour to get a blade staff were very unhelpful and uncooperative as it would have only taken a couple of minutes to show me the 5 pound blade very disappoints

Wrong parts supplied, couldn't care less. Didn't apologise, didn't try to find out why they were wrong. Not the first time buying online has gone badly - they really need an attitude adjustment. Their 60% discount doesn't fool anyone - 60% off a price that is 150% inflated is not a 60% discount, it's what the part is priced at elsewhere.

Ordered a steering part and two batteries for the key fob. I wanted the steering part asap and it was in stock in my local store, but as the batteries were not in stock the whole lot got lumped into 3-4 day delivery. The steering ended up arriving a day late. Not funny.

Battery seems good - time will tell, but drove 20 odd miles to collect, wasn't pleased to find the credit card machine wasn't working, luckily had enough cash on me, but they didn't - change of about £6 was all in small denominations.

Received a faulty car battery from your Letchworth store, reserved a replacement at Harlow where they tested it, confimed faulty and then wouldn't swap it, offered to sell me a second one at a much higher price leaving me with the possibility of 2 faulty batteries. Was told by manager "I would be better off shopping at Euro Car Parts as they could swap faulty stuff in every branch" Very bad attitude from manager and I was forced to return to Letchworth who then collected the same battery from Harlow to replace my faulty one. To rub salt in the wound I was told all branches have one of the auto battery testers so my initial purchase could have been tested before I collected. After all this I believe in future I would be better off shopping at Euro Car Parts. Very sad really.

Ordered by pads,the box that contained the pads were totally battered ripped and taped up,looked like they had been round the block a few times,did not look good,looked like they had been shipped and returned a few times.outer box not damaged,brake pads not damaged but should not ship in that condition.

Although looking like a replacement, the quality was poo and needed filing down to fit correctly but it was at least a quarter of the OEM part.

Discount code automatically applied and overpriced before discount. Not like before.Prices rediciously overpriced it’s still cheaper to buy from local motor shop without discount. Used to work but not now seek parts elsewhere

I like the customer service at the desk in store but unfortunatley i cant buy anything from here again. Your costing me time and money, The final straw was last week when i recieved the wrong disks and now customer as to wait another week for her disks and pads replacement, your bad for bussiness sorry.
