You enter your vehicle's registration in to the box provided on the website. This then confirms your vehicle. You then search for the part required for your vehicle. You then purchase said part and after paying, arrives only days after. Brilliant! That is if the part sent is correct for your vehicle. Mine wasn't and if it isn't you then have the hassle of sending it back at your own expense which for heavy parts isn't cheap. Return postage should be paid for and provided for you by GSF but isn't. Would not use again.

Despite entering the correct Registration, 3 of the items sent were wrong, and the website is very vague on how to return these items.

All parts fine but service was terrible. Had to wait a very long time to be served with no apology, then made to feel like an inconvenience when we were served. We then waited a long time for the items to be collected from the warehouse despite pre ordering for collection. During this time we heard a lot of conversation and laughter from the warehouse which was quite frustrating.

As a trade customer of Gsf for close to 15 years. It’s infuriating that customers can purchase considerably cheaper than I can using my trade account. It makes us in Trade look dishonest I think you should decide are you a retailer or a trade supplier. Very disappointing.

ordered 5 litres of oil and it arrived empty as the lid was loose and had leaked out while in transit.

Ordered 2 wheel bearings for my car according to there website,paid extra for next day delivery which turned up four days late then went to fit them and guess what wrong size for my vehicle 😤now have to wait 7 days for a refund complete waste of time wouldn’t use again

Part ordered online, no photo in description, selected the part listed for my vehicle, incorrect part arrived, I had to return at my own expense, no help offered to obtain the correct part for my vehicle. To be fair the part arrived quickly, but was poorly packaged! Return procedure was easy, although they don’t answer the phone and you have to email. Don’t think I’ll use GSF online again.

Do your company has a policy of dumping purchased items at the residential car park of the customer in their absence? No prior msg was sent either by email or txt to inform me when the courier will deliver the item. It's just by chance that my neighbour found it. I would have lost it or still be waiting. It's a shame

Not quite the best internet purchase experience. All 4 different searches quoted different prices for the same item and click and collect facility out sync producing conflicting availability.

Waited 1.5 hours for a click and collect. Having a dedicated area for click and collect would have been a more efficient way of serving customers in the current covid climate were people are not waiting for an item that was already waiting for them. Would have made the whole experience buying from GSF better.

i typed in my car registration details and your website came up with the part i needed which i did click and collect but it was the wrong part for a different year car so had to cancel come home and reorder the correct part so wasted a few hours going backwards and forwards

The price was amazing. Unfortunately the blower motor for my Audi was wrong wen trying to fit it. I put my reg in there search and they picked the correct car with the year. But then sold me the wrong part. With Leicester in lock down I’m awaiting taking it back for a refund

Ordering online was not successful and has left me with an incorrect part and am unable to return in unless I pay more than the parts actual price. Had to go to the Smethwick branch where the employee was very helpful but he told me he could give me a refund of the actual part purchased which was incorrect in the 1st place thus costing me twice the price and can only return what was your inability to send the part ordered. Not a happy customer! A word of advice....if ordering online, then change the protocol and allow returns whereby your customer can return/exchange the part ordered instead of the customer then incurring obligatory charges to get what does not become a full refund. Won’t be using again.

Quite disappointed I brought shock absorbers and top mounts this week when I got to fitting everything I realised that the top mount dont come with bearing so ended up spend extra money with another car parts suppliers it should be written that the item doesn't come with bearings

The order and the price were good but the delivery driver put my parcel inside the green wheelie bin not happy could have given to a neighbour or even put it behind the bin . No common sense used
