Parts arrived quickly - however part was not correct for my vehicle, internal packaging also looked like it had been opened several times. I expect it had been dispatched and returned several times as the part finder based on Reg No is clearly incorrect. I would return but the cost of postage doesn’t make it worth my while. You should offer free returns like many other online sellers. As I am now out of pocket I’d have to think hard if I was to ever use your services again.

Parts are good thank you . Could do with better customer service at front desk Banbury Kinda rude attitude. Not really a professional service. if a customer asks a simple question answer it back with simple answer dont answer back with attitude like you dont care. Other then that im very pleased with the parts .

Bought an indicator by reg. no. but wrong part supplied. Took 2 'chat' operators before return & refund offered - still couldn't supply the correct unit - 'computer says that's the correct part'...

Very good prices but customer Service is poor, phoned to confirm I bought the right clutch for my car. Got told it was the correct one, I then emailed again to double confirm they again said it was correct. Came to fitting on the car and it was too small. Phoned again to enquire as to why it did fit, they then said they had sent the wrong clutch. Twice I confirmed is this the right part. Quite clearly wasn’t. Not happy about that as now I need to pay a garage double labour. Very bad customer service and lazy. The people I spoke to on the phone were lovely but obviously the warehouse workers don’t care and don’t pay attention to what they pick and pack.

Ordered battery on line, whilst on the phone to a member of staff. Went to collect next day, finally was attended to by a not very cheerful guy, showed him order confirmation on my phone and he departed to get the battery. He came back 5 mins later looked on his computer and went off again - another 5 mins passed before he came back saying he could not find it. I explained that I had spoken with someone about it who had checked that they had one. Then he found it under the counter. It looked really bad dust and muck all over it and I asked him if he was sure this was a new battery - he put a tester on it which showed that it needed charging. He said I could take and charge it myself or leave it and come back later! I didn’t have my charger with me so had a wasted trip and had to go back. I should have thought that when selling a battery they would ensure it was charged before the customer arrived to check. I need the battery to start a car to take for an MOT - if I had left collection until the day of the MOT I wouldn’t have had time to get it there! Very poor customer service!!

They always say I do good price for you but newer do. Check the prices in gfs website first.

Tried to buy master cylinder for vw Golf. Incorrect part supplied twice. They couldnt come up with the correct part so gave me a refund. Finally got the correct one from TPS

When I placed the order the website checked that my item is in stock in a store 4 miles away, when I got there the item was not in stock when I asked the member of staff blamed it on me . You can’t make first impression twice

You enter your vehicle's registration in to the box provided on the website. This then confirms your vehicle. You then search for the part required for your vehicle. You then purchase said part and after paying, arrives only days after. Brilliant! That is if the part sent is correct for your vehicle. Mine wasn't and if it isn't you then have the hassle of sending it back at your own expense which for heavy parts isn't cheap. Return postage should be paid for and provided for you by GSF but isn't. Would not use again.

Despite entering the correct Registration, 3 of the items sent were wrong, and the website is very vague on how to return these items.

All parts fine but service was terrible. Had to wait a very long time to be served with no apology, then made to feel like an inconvenience when we were served. We then waited a long time for the items to be collected from the warehouse despite pre ordering for collection. During this time we heard a lot of conversation and laughter from the warehouse which was quite frustrating.

As a trade customer of Gsf for close to 15 years. It’s infuriating that customers can purchase considerably cheaper than I can using my trade account. It makes us in Trade look dishonest I think you should decide are you a retailer or a trade supplier. Very disappointing.

Ordered 2 wheel bearings for my car according to there website,paid extra for next day delivery which turned up four days late then went to fit them and guess what wrong size for my vehicle 😤now have to wait 7 days for a refund complete waste of time wouldn’t use again
