Absolute rip off In the shop. Walked into the shop to ask for a part, “yes we have it in stock, £54 please” reluctantly I purchased knowing that I could get it cheaper online from elsewhere but with it being Christmas I didn’t want to risk postage. Came home, looked on gsf website, same part £19.80 with discount code or £49 without! So where did they get £54 from? Head office weren’t interested, so I simply returned product, got refund, ordered click and collect and picked up exactly same part I had returned day before! Gsf will not be getting my business again, rip off merchants!! Why try and rip people off for 3 times the price for same part. Does not make you feel like a valued customer!

Great service but let down for having the incorrect part I ordered online and traveled 20 miles to collect to find the part stocked was incorrect

Great for parts but commonly they give you the wrong part refuse a. Refund and any/all liability

Actually you supplied windscreen wipers that didn’t fit. I broke one as I was convinced it was my fault it didn’t fit. I bought both front wipers, having put in my reg. no. so expected them to be right. Still have the shorter one if you want to buy it back!! I I gave 2 stars because you delivered them on time.

I ordered a part for one of our company vehicles (on a Friday) at a price of £79.49 on a click and collect basis only - delivery was not an option. I then got an email (on the Monday) asking if I would like the parcel delivered as I had not collected it yet - I accepted. To my annoyance the cost had rocketed to £176.64 On arrival, I didn't even open the box I sent it straight back via Parcel Force at a small cost of £12.00 I am now waiting for a refund for the £176.64 Today I got an email saying that I hadn't collected my order and they would be putting it back into stores.

Terrible customer service. Parts in stock but cannot complete checkout... Basically told I was wrong on two separate occasions. Search on website is useless. Apart from that is cheap

Received my parcel later than I’d paid for and the casing on the battery has a crack in it. The indicator was still green so I have used it as I was in desperate need of my car. Not satisfied with the condition of the product but needs must.

I hope my sprak plugs I purchased aren’t damaged as the packing was. I believe this was either done when the items were picked or during the delivery stage.

Although I have no complaints with your parts or prices, my local branch always has an air of "cant be arsed" about the staff. If they are having a non-work conversation - and its easy to hear behind the counter, they will finish that conversation before serving the single customer waiting. Sometimes the counter staff appear in a mood and huffy with people doing click and collects - perhaps because they feel the internet prices undermine their store turnover compared with retail prices, but the attitude is sometimes poor. Overall they are OK, but its not a particularly great retail experience - in my local branch anyway

The service was great, click and collect spot on. Sadly the part was terrible , steering joint for Saab 93 that wasn’t even close to the original! Very disappointing, a lot of time wasted

Cheap but made me go back twice as they gave me the wrong oil filter and had to pay taxi as the car was in the garage so cost me more than other places

They took my car reg and sold me a part the was wrong and it cost me twice the amount to pay for the labour work.

came to chelmsford absolutly won't be going back just ask one of your drivers who drove into a customers stationery car and blamed her your n0n-wearing staff told my grandson who was wearing to step back serving him out of the warehouse not the shop very sloppy service and won't be returning
