Following my various e-mails and photo of my problem, various replies from your customer team it is frustrating that it is not possible to actually talk to a member of your staff. The delivery service was excellent but the problems with the Yuasa battery spec that has created my concern is still a problem. I ordered a Yuasa 063 battery expecting it to be 190mm height,but it is 175mm,the only battery with a different height for a 063 not able to secure as original spec with strap. As this was just fitted by terminals and spacer removed I am concerned that you may not except it back, as your team suggested that I purchase a 012 that is product recommended . I have offered to visit your Portsmouth branch but they are reluctant to get involved, it is the same company after all and as they have a 012 battery with a height of 190mm it would be the answer to my frustration. If I have any other make of 063 battery it would be 190mm as the spec, so to upgrade to Yuasa has caused the problem.

I recently ordered a car battery online from GSF. Unfortunately it wasn't the best experience. I was expecting the battery to be delivered within 2-3; however, it ended up taking over a week. I was unable to speak to anyone over the phone and there were no responses to my emails/messages. The instore people were extremely helpful and they were able to send an email internally to to eventually resolve the issue. My advice would be to use the store pick up.

I was disappointed. I wanted a device pack and never got sent enough oil also the wrong air filter I entered the correct no.plate also you have shut the local depot so had to go to another supplier to get right filter also said I had to send filter back which is not worth the bother probably cost me more money so took the hit and paid for another will probably shop local from now on Yours faithfully Eric Scott

Was sent the wrong part had to ring two different stores then finally email company then had to wait three days for the correct part after I had paid for next day delivery for the original part

Parts were listed for my car but when arrived 1 was not correct. I don’t think there should be listed items that are not compatible with your car when you have input reg number.

Paid for express delivery and it didn’t arrive. Eventually got hold of customer services and a new one was sent out. Ended up waiting a week for it to arrive from the date of first ordering.

Bought rear spring for my van on GSF website by running number plate, it was incorrect so I visited my local branch. They brought out the same part (wrong) and explained I had to message you online for return. Which is now either happened or happening. I bought the correct part off a different supplier and all is well, assuming refund does or has happened just all a bit of a faff and why would I use GSF again?

Ordered discs and pads for my Jaguar xe All parts were sent wrong including two different size rear discs Had to return for a full refund

First I got the call that my battery is ready for collection. when I went there they told me that battery is not good so if I want to come tomorrow to collect. this frustrate a lot, even though they took my money before checking and delivering.

Didn’t receive 2 items, 24 hours later Customer service asked me for a picture of the delivery box and pats packaging which i don’t have now as I urgently needed to use the parts. All this hassle for a total of £16. The customer service team im sure there are some excellent employees of GSF however there is somebody who requires common sense training.

Ordered a pair of brake discs. 2 different makes supplied. Taken 4 days to get collection arranged. Unable to speak to anyone on phone. Not the first time I have had a problem. Secondhand brake pads supplied before. Now been told they don't have replacement discs. Will now have to wait up to 14 days for refund. Not a great service.
