Paid for express delivery and it didn’t arrive. Eventually got hold of customer services and a new one was sent out. Ended up waiting a week for it to arrive from the date of first ordering.

Bought rear spring for my van on GSF website by running number plate, it was incorrect so I visited my local branch. They brought out the same part (wrong) and explained I had to message you online for return. Which is now either happened or happening. I bought the correct part off a different supplier and all is well, assuming refund does or has happened just all a bit of a faff and why would I use GSF again?

Wrong part was delivered, 2 weeks for the refund. No receipt was given for a refund either

Ordered discs and pads for my Jaguar xe All parts were sent wrong including two different size rear discs Had to return for a full refund

Everything was ok Wrong oil filter sent so lost 4 litres of oil Was recommended on the website Be aware

Disappointed that I received the wrong parts, wasn’t particularly expensive and couldn’t be bothered with the hassle to return the parts.

First I got the call that my battery is ready for collection. when I went there they told me that battery is not good so if I want to come tomorrow to collect. this frustrate a lot, even though they took my money before checking and delivering.

I sent the registration number and the part that was sent didn’t fit wrong different fitting and to much hassle to send back

Didn’t receive 2 items, 24 hours later Customer service asked me for a picture of the delivery box and pats packaging which i don’t have now as I urgently needed to use the parts. All this hassle for a total of £16. The customer service team im sure there are some excellent employees of GSF however there is somebody who requires common sense training.

Ordered a pair of brake discs. 2 different makes supplied. Taken 4 days to get collection arranged. Unable to speak to anyone on phone. Not the first time I have had a problem. Secondhand brake pads supplied before. Now been told they don't have replacement discs. Will now have to wait up to 14 days for refund. Not a great service.

Unable to contact by phone: just got recorded messsage. Local branch clue less, kept referring me to customer service in Birmingham. I don't know if my payment via Klarna was legitimate or if I have been scammed. result: car not fixed, don't know if parts are on the way.#going to another provider where I hand over cash and get goods over the counter!

I was very disappointed with my experience it hard to use the web site and I was unable to get through on the phone it kept saying ring back later, I couldn't pay with my card and it took ages to pay via PayPal, I provided all the information and more about the part I need on more than 1 email and was assured it was correct but of course it was Wrong i then had to Waite 2 days only to be told you couldn't get the right part.Very poor won't use again must do better. At least the return was good via parcel force .Just waiting for my refund!!

Found the item i needed and reserved online, went to collect first thing the next day to be told that it wasn't in stock. Pointless journey, waste of time.

I was happy with the part which fitted fine. I paid for next day delivery and it took 3 days so for that reason I give 2 stars
