Supplied incorrect part and would not accept refund at the other branch in town. Really poor customer service.

Was a one day offer 60% off Brake Parts. Ordered Expensive disks and pads and saved an awful lot on the discs. Received a partial refund for the discs saying they are out of stock. However i could and can still (weeks later) go online and order them at full price. I dont know 100%, but I feel like they cancelled the discs from my order due to the savings I was making on them. If i had ordered them the next day at full price im feeling like they would have arrived. Was a bit sus.

Online had a choice of two batteries £64.99 & £78.99. I reserved the cheaper one. I went to pick it up the next day and was told it wasnt in stock. I had to buy the other one and was charged £90 instead of £78.99. I tried to argue but couldnt get it for the online advertised price of £78.99 and had to pay the £90 as I needed the battery.

Extremely short staffed at the Farnham branch, C&C order took 2 attempts to collect first attempt was abandoned after 25 minutes waiting in line which hardly moved- second attempt took nearly 40 minutes. Only 1 person serving and juggling the constant ringing phones... Used without issue in the past so might just be a blip on this occasion...

I have purchased thing for years but not a high level customer but needed some oil the other day but did not know you were still operating click and collect. Although there was 2 members of staff outside the branch not doing anything had to order on line after waiting over 2 hours received an email to collect . When I came back they just took my oil of the shelf which they could have done 2 hours earlier. I appreciate there is a pandemic but how does it help me having to come to the branch twice

Good place to buy parts because you can always find it here. However there's one particular person that's always at the counter and he's always moody and his attitude comes across very rude. Also my recent purchase was made after speaking to someone on the phone yet everything I ordered was the wrong fitting. Why have a system that cannot correctly tell you what parts fit your car and then even after asking someone for assistance they're wrong. This isn't the first time it's happened either.

After processing 2 online orders for click and collect and making to visits to the store I still didn't have a complete order, I was disappointed in having to reschedule my repair twice because of parts not being ready by GSF, how can you run a website when your stock isn't correct, will be reluctant to use GSF in the future

Nice of them to stay open then extra couple mins I was late, but I ordered a dip stick guide for a 1.8t leon and they gave me one for 1.9tdi leon.

Website told me a certain part was for my vehicle. After driving 40 mins to gsf and buying the part i asked the clerk to double check. He told me it wasnt the right part and they dont stock the part i need. Customer service was friendly thus not 0 stars.... Waste of time sadly.

The order process is brilliant and you can get good discounts. However the restrictions in place is needed, but I believe there should be a separate queue for click and collect. I waited nearly 50 mins to collect a part.! When I was only in there for 2 mins.

I was disappointed in the fact that I entered my vehicle number and the part I was sent was incorrect. I was lucky to find the correct spare locally as my garage had removed the valve from the car and stopped working due to incorrect parts.

Had 2 wiper blades from here, both using the online tool to tell me which is the correct part for my car. Neither worked and one even broke the clips on my wiper arm because it was the wrong one. Support wouldnt accept it was the wrong wiper, so went to Euro carparts and got the right wiper first time.

Whilst I understand the need to limit customers in the shop, a limit of one seemed excessive given the space available. Despite only one customer ahead of me (in the shop) I had to wait outside for almost 15 minutes with no other staff members (coming in and out of the building for deliveries or to have a smoke) offering to help!

Wrong part sent out to what picture was like ,other branches said they had it in stock but dident , not a very good first experience!!
