A lovely set of break pads except having put in my vehicle reg it sold me the wronge pads so donot trust the auto select you need to check they actually fit

Purchased battery from advice on your webpages. Battery was wrong fit. Still waiting for my refund after over a week. Come on GSF. You took my money quick enough but are slow to refund. I can always go to Europarts instead. Regards, James

Order part with next day delivery. Got sent the wrong part. Had to prove it was the wrong part, when it clearly was. Then got sent the correct part 2 days later. Work had to be rescheduled on my vehicle due to this mistake. Never was refunded for paying extra for express delivery. Had to cancel booking at garage as a result. Caused issues getting to work as a key worker. Probably wouldn't use again.

The part listed on your website for my car did not fit. I’m surprised that a basic item for a common car was incorrect. It was a petrol cap for a mini. You arranged for it to be collected which was helpful but this was almost 2 weeks ago and I’ve yet to receive a refund. L. Hines

Ordered a window regulator for a vw passat ended up with a BMW oil filter. They did change the part but was unable to find my account at first wont be ordering with this site again

I ordered 2 complete front shocks with springs and expected to receive the part that was advertised in the photo however it never included the coil springs. If I knew this I may not have purchased it. I would say this was misleading.

Online Discount is good however I find the starting prices to be very high end without The discount the prices stated appear extortionate I can usually call the local store and the over phone price has been almost half what quoted online without discount. The website is also not user friendly crashes a lot and difficult to navigate around euros car parts site is a lot easier to get around. I do prefer parts from GSF and this is why I return regular. owning a German vehicle my local gsf seem to stock most parts readily available which is a plus.

Placed and order for service items 2 x 5 lt oil oil filter air filter and sump washer. The box was very flimsy the tape had split and the box partially crushed. The air filter was damaged out of shape and the sump washer missing. Have e-mailed GSFhelp on 25/03 but had no reply. Contacted online chat and was told to resend which I have done but still no reply. This for me is poor service and why I normally don't buy online. But as my nearest branch has now closed this is not possible. I will consider carefully if I use again.

I BELIEVE one item is incorrect, and now twice emailed for help, but no reply. But to be fair, I guess staffing levels are depleted by Coronavirus. To be honest, I would have preferred not to have this questionnaire right now!

This was my first ever order with GSF I purchased some filters for a car service. I made the order online and went in to store to collect. I got in to the store 15mins before they closed up, when I was there, I waited a short time to collect my order whilst waiting I noticed the guys started to close the shutters 5mins before 2pm which made me feel rushed. One I received the order I was informed that I must go through the back office to get out as the front entrance is now closed. As a customer this was not a good experience as it felt like a back street store. When I got back to the garage and the filters were changed I was informed by the garage that I have the wrong oil filter but I ordered the correct one online. The garage said they would need to book me in again and I would obviously need to get the correct part. A week later on Saturday I went back to the store which is around a 30min drive from where I live and they apologied because the wrong part was picked up by GSF staff and gave me the correct one. I made them aware that I have had to drive back and I live 30mins away and I have had to book extra time with the garage, Zak at the desk Said 'nothing personal sorry we can't do anything'. I then went away to go back to the garage which is around 20mins away to fit the filter and later I called in to the branch and made a complaint with Barry who said a manager named Paul will call me back on the Monday. I didn't receive any calls from anyone and I called them back on the Thursday to which they then offered to discount the price of the part which was around £6! I spent around an extra 2 hours of my time to get the part, go to the garage and get it fitted and travel back home because of a mistake they made. I feel this could have been avoided if they did not rush on the day. They could have improved their customer service by just discounting the part when I went in instead of waiting a week and making things worse. They didn't even acknowledge the fact that j have had to drive jn again and book time with garage which means extra costs for me. I think GSF need to put themselves in the customers shoes when something like this happens. Human errors are common and OK but it's how you deal with them that matters and on this occasion I feel the service could have been better.

to be honest im not happy ! i ordered a oil dipstick says it was for my car got it dosent fit why say it will fit to me that is false advertisement ! rang them up and basically send it back im not gona pay postage to send it back being it was there fault !

My recent order of brake pads and discs - all packaging for the pads and discs were damaged inside of the Parcelforce box. it would have been really helpful if there was a note from GSF saying the packaging is damaged, but all parts have been checked and all is correct.

Even with the supposed 60% discount the cost was only about £5 cheaper. Plus I had to question the oil filter ( lucky in store) as I was given the wrong one. Not a great experience.

Rather disappointing. Received the wrong part, despite providing the VRN for correct part verification purposes. Resolution wasn't very customer focussed. Option to of course buy again and hope the right one is sent and to then have the rigmarole of returning the incorrect item. It would have been better service to have sent the right one and then included a prepaid return bag. Simpler to cut my losses.

First of all they gave me a used Air filter when I took it back it back than they didn't give me the Air filter I paid for (Mann) they give me the cheaper one. Not happy at all. On your website it was about £2.00 different.

Right parts sent out but it took nearly a week to get the parcel from Parcel Force after the first failed delivery note. You need a better parcel carrier!!

Staff ignored me on arrival. Long wait for attention for click-and-collect. One member of staff seemed perved about the amount of document entry he had to do onto the computer.
