Super fast delivery however, the packaging was damaged and the parts are incorrect for the car. I'll be heading into store during the week to resolve.

Had to walk through staff smoking at front to get to get inside. Had to wait for them to finish to come in and serve. Not overly polite when doing so. No please or thank you's used.

I have purchased all my service parts for my vehicles from you for many years However when I have needed repair parts they are not always available eg abs sensors and brake discs.also even though I use my reg number to search in your online shop I get parts that don't fit the vehicle. Also many times I have not been able to complete my order for service parts due to it saying oil is not in stock yet when I go into the warehouse there is loads. However the staff in Peterborough are great and very cheerful and helpful

I had to travel 30 miles to collect the part, not avaiable in local store. When I came back home I did realize, the part is not for my car. I send oficial complain via email. Answer was. This part is not for your vehicle. To exchange it blah blah. Part was wrong on web site. I order it correctly for my car. Not even sorry, is our mistake. Very disaponted. Simple apologize will be enought.

Got this one totally wrong. Ordered a pair of shock absorbers on line. Was phoned to say they were unavailable & order cancelled, so sourced elsewhere. Then E-mailed to say I haven't collected. Phoned store to explain why not collected, store was then said OK but the pair sent were odd anyway.

I find it annoying that GSF have now grossly inflated their prices then have little marketing games you have to play to use their discount codes to get a realistic price. It is bad enough having a broken down car to fix, find the right part in amongst all the options, then have to find and apply the right code at the right time to get a fair price. Add to that, I have had parts being supplied with items missing further damaging the firms reputation.

Quality parts at good prices. But one of the items had been wrongly picked. The number on the box was different to the number on the invoice. I phoned the branch, pointed out it was their mistake and asked if they would deliver the correct item. I was told this was not possible because my address was not in they delivery area. My address is just 3 miles from the branch. I had to make a special journey with the wrong part and collect the correct part. Why then was I offered free delivery for the parts when I ordered on line? Both members of staff dealing with this were unapologetic. This is NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

To be honest I'm grateful for what I brought. But the counter staff member just stood there looking at 2 customers in the shop trying to look busy for 20min before saying next please. Yet at least 5 people walked in and out of your back rooms

Guys on the ground are great and really helpful but the online team are rubbish, still waiting on a refund on a faulty part it's been over 4 months now, and the first part they sent out was in a damaged box with the barcode stuck on, was clearly the wrong part and after returning it was told the part was oilly and they would not refund it took me over a month of back and forth emails to get it sorted and then the replacement broke with in a week. But gsf offer a life time warranty on parts, but that's only if u don't fit the parts and keep the box, my advice to anyone looking to buy from gsf only do so in ur local store and if it fails get ready for a fight to get us money back....

This was the second time I had used gsf and it was the second time they gave me the wrong part. The price is good on parts but if I have to go back and exchange it for the right one it cost me too much of my own time.

Brake pads supplied were incorrect for the car, I had to modify with a hacksaw! Other parts were good.

3 days delivery? Make it 5!! Had to give up a week's work! Not pleased at all. UPS left a card, but no name, no details, no alternative pick up... I think to be fair it is UPS has the issues but SHODDY and unprofessional... :(. 3/10 ordered on line for best offer only to waste 3 extra days due to mix up... At least the online ordering was easy! About the only redeeming feature... not very happy to be honest...

The service and the prices are excellent, however the website needs improvement. The website needs to match parts to cars more accurately as you are required to enter the registration of the car at the start of the search for parts. Simple parts such as wiper blades I ordered did not have the fitting for my car!!!

Item sent was as ordered, however the address I gave was not the on placed on the item when it was dispatched. It was sent to "3 Manor Farm, Pound Lane" instead of "3 Pound Lane". It was fortunate that a friend noticed the parcel left on the doorstep in the rain and gave me a call. If a customer gives you an address I suggest you use it,

Ordered parts to collect next day. Went in to Trafford Park store, staff member was dealing with a customer with what seemed like a complicated warranty claim, this meant that I stood waiting for 12 minutes, [whilst 3 or 4 other staff members looked on through the large window], admittedly they were on and off the phone, After 12 minutes I had to ask the staff member who was already dealing with the first customer if he could call through one of the other staff members to serve me, as a customer I thought that should have been done with out me having to ask, not impressed...........
