Battery ordered was not in store when it was supposed to be. Good sales assistant sorted the problem. Been bombarded with emails saying my part is in store after I completed purchase, and more to give a review. I can’t say good as it wasn’t, the part works fine, sales assistant was great but not impressed

My parts were ordered I’ve the weekend and would be in store by Wednesday (good) I arrived at store on the Thursday and was told that the order number had been erased by the computer, and they had no record of the order on their system, how ever the parts were still on hold on the shelf so I was still able to get them. Possible operator error or a computer glitch ........

Poor customer service, I bought a battery and paid extra for next day delivery, as it was over Xmas period I called to find out if It would be next day and was told it was a 4 day wait so I cancelled the order on the phone. The call handler said I will be refunded and delivery was cancelled. I still received the battery and they refuse to refund unless I take the battery to a euro car parts store. They said I was wrongly informed by a junior member of staff when I cancelled the order on the phone the day it was ordered.

Thank you for your service but the courier left my parcel in a block of flats, on a staircase and didnt tell anyone. It was left there for 2 days and anyone could of stolen it. Terrible.

I was looking for Petrol car oil flush fluid. I can see cheaper options on other competition websites but was disappointed to see very less options to buy on GSF Shop and website.

web site was so slow I drove to the part department . to find I had to order online to get the discount so I had to order in the part on my mobile phone and wait in the parts department order to come through.

The web site and general functions were fine. I ordered an item for "click and collect" and it was described as being in stock. When I went to collect it the assistant couldn't find it. This meant it had to be ordered in and I had to go back on another day to collect it.

When my car reg was put on your site, a number of batteries that you said would fit my car were shewn to me, I purchased one online with Xmas 60 discount, but on collection of said battery it did NOT fit my car, this is your mistake, after the right one was produced I was told that the Xmas 60 did NOT apply as it was not online purchase. (Cost to me more.) YOUR MISTAKE. NOT MINE. Cheated, Yours UNHAPPY Albert Giblett.

Ordered exhaust 23/12, rang 31/12 to see where it was, was told it hadn’t been sent. Had to cancel order and then re order with a click and collect option

Ordered 3 parts, one didn't fit, one was missing fixing bolts. The 3rd was ok but without the other was no good. They were friendly enough but I left with no parts.

Ordered part using registration. Stripped the car to find wrong part supplied. Returned part for correct one at over 3 times the cost of the original. Not good

You sent me the wrong brake pads then when returning them to Lincoln shop I had to fill a form in to send them back for you to return my money if you see fit that isn’t how purchasers rights work you should refund money straight away and I will be making sure I get a full refund.

Poor paid for next day delivery.was told put order in to late for next day as was Friday.was supposed to be with me by Monday.goods didn’t come till Wednesday was told would get refund for both orders as paid next day on both an both where late received nothing an heard nothing back very poor customer service an communication was constantly ringing them to chase it up to be fob off that it would be with me on correct date.price on website are reasonable an was happy with stuff I brought just unhappy I had to wait an chase stuff that I needed it’s cost me more money as my car jobs where booked in on a certain date hence my I’m annoyed

Due to illness Iwas unable to collect my parts. I called my local outlet and advised they we still OK for collection. After a 30 min drive I arrived to find they were not available and asked if I could purchase them from stock? The parts were available but lady would not apply the discount as carried before online. One item alone cost £8 more. I refused to purchase the item and left. I purchased the item from a main dealer which was a genuine part for no difference in price.

On most occasions I have good service. However on my last purchase that I ordered on line for collect it was not great. It was a Saturday afternoon,I was the only customer I was left waiting for 15 minutes. A member of staff did acknowledge me and told me someone will be with me in a moment. 15 minutes in my opinion is not a moment. Especially when you can see the staff and here the staff chatting...

Purchased a rear exhaust section for a Peugeot 206 1.1 and have found it is a lot "boomier" than the Bosal item removed.
