“Over Two weeks to deliver what was stated would be 3 working days. Not the courier to blame by all accounts as was not available for collection for 5 working days after order! Then to boot one item missing from the delivery which having reported I am still awaiting any resolution of!!!!!!!”

“Unfortunately the battery was badly damaged in transit (all the acid leaked) so I tried to telephone GSF but no reply after 35 minutes. I tried the on-line help but no-one available. I then sent an email and had an automatic acknowledgement - but nothing more. I sent a follow up email with photos a few days later, had an automatic acknowledgement but nothing more. I can understand that they are busy but a problem should be an opportunity to build a customer relationship - apparently not in this case. Very disappointed and will not purchase from them again. Will now seek redress via PayPal.”

“Very disappointed in them services! I ordered brake pads (brembo for bmw 5 series) and brake fluid and I received just the brakes fluid ! Now I email them no answer. I don’t know if is the deliveries fault or them . But the box was broken and brakes pads missing .”

“Why send a battery that you did not pack properly. Acid all over. Obvious it would leak when you don’t put transit plugs in. On a positive the guys at GSF in Goole were superb.”

“Wrong battery sent after a 8 day wait despite sending several emails they were all ignored, 3 times I tried phoning and was on hold for between 40 minutes and an hour with nobody answering, in the end I had to take it back to my local store, and now I have been told I will have a 2 to 3 week wait for a refund”
