After the replacement of the ABS sensor, the error is still on the dashboard, which means this sensor is broken and I can't send it back.

Open box and packaging, used part delivered. No answer when calling head office or store. No response to email a week later. Poor servicr, extremely poor communication. Avoid

I paid for next day delivery and received my goods 7 days later by which time I didn’t need the product. I can’t review the product as am waiting for my next time I need to use it. I tried to call customer services many times and didn’t get through and sent an enquiry twice and didn’t get a reply.

Needed replacement HID headlight bulbs so couldn’t drive at night. Said they were in stock for next day delivery which paid for. Ordered and paid on a Tuesday hadn’t heard or received anything by the Friday so phoned up after being on hold for 20 mins finally got through and they said is was being picked and would arrive Monday or Tuesday the following week and they would refund the next day delivery cost. Hadn’t heard anything by the following Wednesday rang again on hold for 20 mins again got through then the line went dead. Phoned up again on hold for 15 mins got through the guy couldn’t tell me what was happening took my number and said would find out and ring me back. Never got a call back. Phoned up again on the Thursday on hold for 20 mins again got through the guy said it would be sent out that day for next day delivery finally arrived Saturday evening 11 days after I ordered them.

Could not contact you on telephone 15 min after I placed the order the battery is not suitable for my car I sent email messages but did not get a suitable reply,very disappointed.

It took 15 days for 2 fog light bulbs to arrive….no advance warning. Only confirmed a late delivery when chased.

I ordered engine oil and screen wash from GFS and when they were delivered the oil container was leaking into the cardboard box, this was also spotted by the courier which he photographed. I have raised the issued on the 14th and again on the 17th and to date I have not received a response except for the standard computer generated Ticket ID's. I also tried phoning on the 2 numbers provided but no one answered my calls. This will be my last order with this company as there are more companies about who must offer a far better after sales service.

Wrong filter was supplied to me, realised when the car was up in the air and had to go and buy the correct part from another motor factors. My local Gsf gave me a refund a few days later but didn’t really seem bothered or offer any kind of apology.

Received damaged, sent multiple emails, no call response no reply, worst customer service experience ever Still no response from them, now opened up a dispute from bank. Highly not recommended until resolve issues

My wife picked a collection up for me and was Totally ignored by the the staff and eventually when a young man came out he was quite some time picking the order of one item and she saw him having a conversation with what looked like another member of staff then threw the item on the counter

Absolutely useless, as far as I’m aware never dispatched the part I ordered, tried to contact numerous times over a 3 week period via phone and email. Only got one reply asking whether I wanted a refund which I never received.

Disappointed. Part delivered OK but it was wrong. I emailed and phoned nobody got back to me. Phoned again nobody answered. In fact the worst service I’ve ever had. Also for some reason you sent me two more alternators why? One of them was damaged and now I have 3 alternators all no good to me. How do I get them back to you and a refund. Please help.

Awful do not use this company! Ordered way before cut off time for next day delivery took over a week and then they only sent out half of my order. Trying to get through on the phone is ridiculous and they never answer the contact forms or live chat. AVOID!!

I ordered a part Sunday night for a Tuesday pick up. Upon arrival i was told that i would have to reorder at the Thurrock branch and wait a further two days. Why couldnt i have recieved a courtesy email/text to inform me that the order would be delayed? Dismayed, i sent an order to Euro Parts in the Thurrock GSF car park, 20 minutes later i had the part i needed. Furthermore, a few days prior i ordered two coil springs, one of which had clamp marks on it and the bottom rung was completly down to bare metal. Why, as a company should you absorb the cost of a return, when the next customer can?! No worries, ill religiously use Euro Parts from now on in.
