“Ordered a part before 4pm and paid the £5.99 next day delivery but the system did not pick up that it was ordered before the deadline time so I did not receive it the next day, instead it came on day 2 , not good enough.”

“Terrible waste of time. I was the only customer in shop with 3 + staff. Took 40 minutes to collect 2 of the three items I had pre-ordered. Third item was not in stock. Gave me a receipt for a battery even though I only bought windscreen wipers. Absolute bunch of clowns.”

“The part ordered didn't fit,even though I used your App which told me the part to order. I informed the same member of Staff i had picked up the part from within 2 minutes of picking order up. No refund was offered. He said he would order the part and ring me next day when it was in, I'm still waiting on the call”

“Half of my order is missing and there is no way of contacting customer services to sort the problem out. The phone rings for 15 minutes before being cut off and there is no one answering the web chat. I'm giving up and and getting the part from another company. Absolutely shocking company.”

“I went to pick up my item , there was an Asian man at your store epened door, i asked him i came to collect my battery. He replied in bery rude behaviour and told me there is the door to enter and he was like ordering me.Poor customer service will never come again”
