Not a good experience unfortunately. I ordered two shock absorbers online. They were matched against my registration plate and car details, and were both in stock at my local store. When I went to collect on my lunch break, I was told that one was actually at a different store and that they’d have to order it across, taking 2 hours! I had to cancel my garage booking and collect the following day instead. I finally got the car and the shocks to the garage the following week and, to my surprise, they were the complete wrong parts for the car, despite the website guaranteeing that they’d fit. Had to pay the garage for their time and take my car home again!

I was prompted by a friend I met on Tinder to explore this chance. At first, everything went well until I tried to take out my profits, which resulted in a distressing ordeal. I was instructed to add more money before I could make a withdrawal. Luckily, I came across lilo=grace=75 @=gmail=.com , where their helpful staff promptly secured the complete refund of my investment. W h a t s A p p ‪+1=615=414=15=62.

Part ordered with licence plate number was wrong part. Waste of time. Refunded, by no explanation offered as to why they claimed to have a part that they later said they didn't stock at all.

Part ordered and paid for . different from that received. Battery received lower capacity at same price as ordered higher capacity. When gave feedback later, was informed fault caused by web mistake and could return item. As battery had already been fitted, and would need removed and transported back ,time /petrol not an option. Not a good advert for GSF/web site ordering

I ordered the parts for next day delivery Monday. I didn't receive the first part until Wednesday. I called because part of the order was missing and was given a discount which was happily excepted but the final part of the order arrived Friday afternoon which was too late for my mechanic. I'm aware GSF are changing their contract with UPS which is a smart decision thinking about the delivery experience. I wouldn't order online for delivery again.

I ordered a part by a phone call to Leicester store. I was told to collect the order by 230 pm. On arrival there was no part nor any record. I even showed the phone calls. I was left with no choice but to buy a more costly item.

First recent order in over 15 years from last using GSF, and they kindly sent me an email asking for a review even though the item hasn't arrived yet. Not sure if it's the carrier but if you need a battery in a hurry, don't use GSF

Battery damaged at courier and despite gsf being informed by courier, I still do not have my refund. Customer services make promises but nothing happens. Then they invite me to complete a review. Pete Cash

Rubbish service rubbish delivery and the part was not even for the right car why ask for a reg number When you guys don’t even use it not happy poor poor poor wouldn’t use you again

Catalogue all wrong order front pads for my land rover discovery 5 entered the Reg of my car and listed 1 set of pads but 3 different brands so picked a brand got back to fit them and the wrong ones supplied went back to GSF car parts to be told it was my fault by a very unhelpful member of staff

Ordered a part before 4pm and paid the £5.99 next day delivery but the system did not pick up that it was ordered before the deadline time so I did not receive it the next day, instead it came on day 2 , not good enough.
