I went online when my battery let me down on. GSF ad it said next day delivery as long as I order white in the next 2hours so I thought tha good I can still make ma meetings and I paid 6.99 for next day but it took 3/4 days what a disapoitment

i payed for the the faster postal option 10 days later still not recieved item then told the courior had lost the parcel , then informed the item was out of stock. MY MRS THINKS GSF CAR PARTS IS A GREAT COMPANY WHILE SHES WAITING AT THE BUS STOP FOR A SECOND WEEK WITH NO CAR

Ordered item with 2-3 day delivery. Shipping confirmation does not show courier so cannot track. It's been a week and still not delivered. Tried calling 4 times for over 5mins each time and sent email and online contact form. No reply

I ordered this and paidf for next day delivery but this took 1 week to arrive. I called, emailed, went through the contact form and no one got back to me. I requested a refund for the whole order as I had to purchase the item from elsewhere due to the delay and had no response. I also asked for a refund on the next day delivery cost and had no response. Item is great but won't be purchasing from this company again.

orderd my battery online it said"order within a given time" which i did for next day delivery it took 5 DAYS would have gone elswhere had i not been misinformed

Ordered incorrect part, that was my fault. Contacted GSF to be told it was already dispatched and would need to post it back to receive a refund. I did, following there procedure, however have never been refunded or contacted.

Order from early December arrived incomplete. Into Feb by now and despite several attempts at contact through their web forms, still no resolution.

The part arrived ok but after returning the old caliper to the Bristol trade counter I’ve yet to receive my partial refund (waited a month so far) and the online messaging service is always offline and no one answers the phone when I call. Not impressed.

I Have sent an email complaint, unfortuately, its more due to the carrier but the information, contact, and information sharing is sorely lacking.

I've always had good service when using GSF in person at their branches, however this online experience was very disapointing. I ordered a car battery with next day delivery, I received a message in my inbox to say a label had been printed but by the end of the following day there was no sign of my battery, or any explanation where it had got to. I tried to call GSF via the helpline but after 15mins of queing it timed out. So I tried to contact them via the online help, apart from a routine ticket being issued there was no reply. Finaly on the Monday I called the helpline again & eventually got to speak with a human, who advised me that the issue was they were out of stock. But they would have more the next day, he agreed to cancel my next day Delivery fee of £5.99 & my battery arrived on the Wednesday (a week after I originally ordered) although it was not well packed. The battery itself was fine & I'm pleased with that. To summarise: My main gripe was with the online help where no one got back to me & the fact their phoneline times out after 15mins.

I tried to order a water pump after 3 days it hadn’t turned up so I called them and was told it would take another 3 days. I will never use GSFcarparts again

Failed to deliver on time, failed at all levels of communication. The only response you do get it laughing at their own incompetence on social media... I'm not the only one!
