Ordered parts and paid for guaranteed! next day delivery, parts took 8 days to arrive. During this time tried around 30 times to speak to somebody on the phone, absolutely impossible to get through as after 15mins of holding the system just tells you nobody is available and kicks you out. Live chat function is just as poor you get a response on average next day, sometimes 2 days later. Worst purchasing and customer service experience I have ever had!!!!!!!@

I entered my registration number, found the correct springs for my Peugeot 107 and ordered. Received the call, went and paid for the parts- prompt service. Noticed when I got home the boxes said Vauxhall Corsa. Went back to have confirmed they were incorrect for my vehicle, the correct parts were more than double the price and not in stock. A refund was issued- wasted time and fuel.

Disappointed is an understatement.. I paid for next business working day delivery, but I had to wait 4 days for it to arrive. What a scam! Just be patient, wait for their regular delivery, avoid paying £5.99 for a scam.. But otherwise okay company.

I bought a car battery from them that was advertised as being the correct one for my vehicle and it wasn't, it caused me a lot of unnecessary stress and money

battery delivered by courier and received leaking acid all over. Returned to store for refund. Two weeks later and still no refund received. Chargeback started with credit card issuer.

I ordered a battery which was due for delivery next day and after a week it had not been delivered because DPD were incompetant. I went and bought the battery at GSF Ross

Disgusting service ordered parts (Saturday) in stock to get email out of stock then got email 2/3 working days expected parts Tuesday/Wednesday, rang up twice on Thursday 10am and 12.30 pm to get automatic message after 15 minutes saying ring back Monday-Friday between 9&5 clearly don’t know the time or day of the week went on live chat got email saying my parts were despachched with a courier that day (Thursday) and have to take them to my local store to claim a refund as I went elsewhere (cheaper) now on the following Tuesday and still no parts Never again will I shop here or recommend

No electronic invoice sent after payment and no paperwork with order. I have nothing of proof that I serviced my vehicle. Please send it to me . Regards Paul.

I ordered parts for my vehicle using your reg checker. The parts are completely wrong for my vehicle even though you told me it was right parts. No invoice/ receipt has come for the parts so I am struggling return the parts

Battery I purchased was not delivered and they stated that it was not in stock. However, it was in stock in all stores. Did not refund me the full cost of the battery. Will never use again.

Hi, I am not happy with service 2nd time send me the wrong fuel filter now its still with me. Now I have to go to gsf shop to exchange right one wasting time and pay again to fit it.

Bought a Peugeot 207 1.6 rear disc from gsf sent part which was too small I returned on 14th Feb 2025 its now 25th Feb still no refund been sending emails nothing from them

I have recently tried I think to order some parts for delivery to my home address. I couldn’t work out if I had paid for them or not I think I did but no parts and I contacted customer services several times by message on the website but no response at all!!! Very difficult platform to use and no help at all from customer services!! I now have a car in bits that I’m waiting for parts for so I have ordered them from somwhere else.

GSF Swindon Branch I bought a car battery in May 2024 and unfortunately it has failed. I have checked the car and the alternator is charging at 14.2V and there is no significant parasytic drain (54 Milliamps) when the car is off. I took the battery back to the GSF store in Swindon where I originally purchased it. When I returned it they tested the battery and it failed but they said they needed to charge it overnight. They said they would let me know when it was ready but we need to move the car and my partner needs to use the car for work. So this morning when I was passing at about 10.00am I popped in. Their attitude was appalling and immediately got my back up! One of the staff told me that they would let me know when it was ready!! I know it doesn`t take that long to check a battery! It feels as though they are just being difficult and I don’t doubt I will now have to wait as long as they can drag it out for. I have been in customer facing roles most of my life and would never show the attitude I felt this morning. In the meantime my partner has to make alternative arrangements to travel the 14 miles to work and we can`t move the car. My advice buy your car parts elsewhere, you don`t need the attitude! Particularly when you have a problem.
