“Almost 2 weeks since I placed an order. No reply haven't heard anything back regarding my refund. They have items listed on their website they don't have in stock..id imagine by the time I actually get through to someone I will still have to wait 3- 5 days. 3 weeks for a refund worst customer service ever. The only money I had to buy a car battery is sat in their account I'm walking to work daily. I will never recommend it use gsf ever again !!!!”

“My order got lost in the transit and when I tried to ring up no one answered the phone and I rung up 5 times and everytime I rang no one answered. I am really disappointed with the customer service, it seemed like they didn’t care about it.”

“Paid extra for next day delivery, arrived in 4 days. Online chat pointless, waste of time. Call centre cut you off after 15 mins saying no advisors to take call or may be out of office hours, which i wasn't. Only time I got reply is when I opened paypal dispute and then I never got second reply to my questions. AVOID at all costs, Euro car parts again for me next time. Useless company with terrible service in all departments.”

“Ordered several parts on 17/12 which never arrived spoke to agent at gsf who said parts would arrive by 24/12 never did, spoke to gsf again on 27/12 who told me they had been returned to them as my business was closed I'm not a business I'm a private dwelling, and I requested a refund which was never transferred, eventually spoke to another gsf agent on 30/12 asking where my refund was he was very helpful and issued a refund so I purchased parts elsewhere, never been an issue before when ordering parts online in the past with gsf just very poor service throughout this last occasion which caused me alot of disruption .”

“Parts were not in stock when ordered for click & collect and received confirmation of availability for collection. Once at the store I was advised that they could get the parts in next day and that I would receive a call to confirm collection, no call was ever received. Took my custom elsewhere.”

“Put my reg in and the part came up and I bought it.... The wrong one it was only 3 pound something but that's not the point don't advise that you can search by your reg then not deliver !!!”

“very bad I ordered a sensor for my car and it arrived late and bad it didn't fit my car after which I wanted to contact no one answers the phone number displayed I took the wrong one I received to the nearest store and handed it over I was told I would receive a refund 2 weeks passed and I had to go back to the store because I didn't receive any refund and they made a refund request again after which they told me that in a week max I would receive a refund or if not I have to go back to their store it is a joke wasted time I don't recommend I recommend Eurocarpart”
