I ordered my car battery on 11th June and it said delivery would be 13th June. No battery turned up on 13th so I phoned and was told it would be 14th. At 18.07, after having taken a day off work and waited in all day, I checked the tracking to see a message saying that delivery had been attempted and there was nobody in!!! My husband and I were sat in the room on a sofa that directly faces the window. Nobody came anywhere near our house and certainly didn't knock on the door as our dog would have gone mental! Tracking said delivery would be attempted again the following day. When my battery finally arrived on Thursday, we discovered that the battery had been packed upside down and battery fluid had leaked everywhere.

There wasn’t any warning that the sort wasn’t in stock when I ordered this. Been waiting a month and still nothing.

Ordering parts was fine but the 1st time they were delivered the box had been opened, not split, opened! Oil container was leaking, filter had been crushed and spark plug damaged. I rejected it all. 2nd delivery attempt in the next few days was intact but had parts missing! Contacted customer services and was told that the parts were no longer available. The 1st mistake I can blame on your choice of courier but the 2nd mistake is all GSF.

Pricing is great, parts are of good quality. But the website is the worse in the industry, if any of the IT people read this I’ll be happy to come and show you how bad it is from a customers side.

I got my car part because there was a internet deal, and this took me 5 attempts to do that . Website is very difficult to navigate and very clicky, won't be going back unless there is a deal that makes the pain worthwhile...

The box was labelled upside down so that when the arrows pointed upwards the battery was sitting on the lid part of the box. DHL delivered the battery falling out of the box. There was only 1 vent plug out of 2 as there should have been. There were some droplets of acid in the plastic bag.

Terrible return policy, not worth the effort to order online. Best to buy local so it can be returned easier. They always send the wrong parts

Battery arrived leaking . So much so as the box was wet with acid ! The chat line was fairly unhelpful and cold.They would not collect the leaking one . New one arrived a few days later .

First order from you excellent, second order poor. I am not sure what happened from you to DPD but my order never arrived. Identified when I phoned you. You resent order but only sent I brake sensor. When I phoned again you recognised you had not sent two. This was now 2 weeks. I needed the other brake sensor on next day delivery as the parts were being fitted. You didn’t send it next day delivery so the part arrived a day after the car was at the garage. So I have a sensor not needed or needing another booking to garage.

PUT IN CAR REG FOR A BATTERY CHOICE OF MAKES AND PRICE CAME UP WHEN I WENT TO FIT TERMINALS WERE WRONG SIDE,Rang up and got return form to take back to local store, I was given a number to order correct battery and this one turned up too big to fit,something has obviously gone wrong somewhere.

I ordered a car part online but when I went to pick it up it was the wrong piece so I had to return it and immediately get another one from somewhere else.

Returns policy for on line orders is a joke. Takes 2 weeks to get your money back. Can't exchange any items at a GSF store. Phones aren't turned on at 9am when they open. Took 30 mins on hold to get through. Very poor

Ordered 2 wipers for an Audi TT, standard Audi fitment. The driver side wiper adaptor was too wide to slide and clip into the arm (they were also universal and not oem as expected/ordered ). I had to bastardise with the using old wiper with the new rubber blade.
