Unfortunately, the part(s) I ordered using GSF Car Parts's generating system (Using car registration/confirming vehicle parts were compatible to my requirements), generated parts that did not fit my vehicle, so I asked to return the parts as they had supplied incompatible parts for my vehicle. I was subsequently sent a returns label which required me to pay for its return. Under the Consumers Right Act 2015 I am covered in that the parts should be returned at no cost to me. It was like getting blood out of a stone in getting them to supply a returns label which was at no cost to me. Very disappointing, a customer should not have to remind the supplier their rights!

Battery arrived quickly and well packaged. However, despite ordering using car registration the battery is too short.

It is acceptable to be 24 hours later than expected, as I waited all day, but not good enough to drop the parcel off at another place and NOT tell me. Only found out where it was when I contacted them to complain.

Website recommended solid brakes and said it was correct but turns out brakes on car were vent3d, not solid as GSF reckoned

Ordered rear suspension parts early in week for fitting at weekend, opened the box and wrong parts sent. phoned my local gsf shop in Kidderminster and the assistant was very adversarial, insisting I had ordered the wrong parts (I hadn't) also stating (incorrectly) that I couldn't bring the wrong parts to the shop for return. Went on live chat and it was confirmed that I could. Went to the shop to collect the new oarts and dealt with Mick, who was very helpful, parts were bought and wrong parts were returned... I just have to wait for the refund which is frustrating. Such a contrasting set of people to deal with and I can't understand why a credit note could not be issued whilst I was buying the correct parts.

Admit this is more to do with DPD but packing wasn't secure so 1st parcel had something missing and replacement envelope was open and empty

The car part wich I bought from you didn’t fit to my car was with 1 cm long than genuine part and it was ordered from the reg plate.

Ordered a battery for my peugeot. On website it showed me a match for my reg plate but battery that came is smaller than it should be (both size and capacity).

Next day delivery should mean exactly that,7 days guys c'mon are you trying to go out of business Luckily the battery was spot on,just the issue of the £9.95 next day delivery refund This shouldn't have to take ages,but I know it will. Sack the manager.

Order part but they sent out incorrect part. Didn't match description or picture. Was expected to pay to post it back and had to drive 12miles to branch for a refund. Branch staff helpful hence not 1 star review. Every mail I sent to customer service was just replied with an RMA form. Will not use again. Will pay more and use Autodoc instead.

I bought brake discs and pads using your online service, the parts arrived quickly but were the wrong size. Unlike Euro Car Parts your website was unclear that there were 2 sizes that fitted my car. I returned them to my local store only to be told that a refund couldn't be given by them. I was served by a young man who was rather rude and insisted on calling me Bud all the time. I was sent away with a form to fill in with a code I had to acquire to return the goods. I returned a couple of days later on a Tuesday to be told that the goods wouldn't be picked up until Friday and the refund could take up to two weeks to process, this I find ridiculous as that money should be in my bank earning me interest not in yours. It is safe to say that I will be shopping for future parts elsewhere in future

Despite been given the plate number for the car, they still supplied the wrong parts and then ask me to pay for returns.
