Staff very unhelpful .didn't help or offer to get part I needed in from another local outlet.and one of ur offers on website not avaliable from first day price was lowered and falsely advertised on website

I purchased front and rear break pads. I did it online. When I went to pick them up I noticed the rear ones were the ones I ordered and the front ones were not. They were different make. I asked the girl to change them and she assured me that it was only different packaging but the item inside was the ones I ordered. When I got them to the mechanic I found that I was right and that I was misinformed about it and I was sold a different cheaper version.

The staff I encountered did not seem happy. My purchase was a locking fuel cap which no longer locks. Not impressed.

Would be nice if all of my order arrived. Maybe communicate with your customers? First I knew about it was a notification from my bank about a refund, had to figure out which part wasn't coming so i could order from somewhere else, which is what I'll be doing with future orders. No excuses for poor communication when you have my phone number and email address.

Delivery was great as usual, but the wrong part was sent. The help line was closed during normal office hours and didn't reply to emails. Service is good until things go wrong

Parts shown as in stock but its incorrect and get an email telling me that you cannot fulfil my order with no alternatives suggested. You told me no alternatives were available but I then went and placed another order for an alternative make.

To be honest I was sold the wrong part with the wrong online description even tho I had called up the Hemel Hempstead branch twice before travelling from another city, so not really wanting to buy again ,,,,

When I arrived at the sales counter the sales guy was not able to give me the price as stated on the website. I had to go back to my car and reserve my item on the website and wait for it to appear on the system. There was a price difference of £8

The website is easy to use but the collection at your Heathrow branch was shocking. There was a queue of 8-10 people and the wait was 30mins to be seen. According to the people in the queue this is normal or worse.

Great servive from staff. I’m afraid the issue is with the item. Had good reviews on the page. After installing the wiper blades however once turned on you hear loud rubbing from the squeegee section of the wipers. The wipers are brand yet sound like they’ve been used for years. Felt let down by the product. And i assume with wipers you can just send it back as you’ve already fitted them
