"Store opens 8 am" - not when the drivers are awaiting senior staff to open up they don't! I arrived at 8 am, expecting a 10min wait at most, but key holders only arrived at 8.25am! Even the drivers kept apologising, and it wasn't their fault! The drivers said they normally arrive at 7.30am to get the vans ready for deliveries, and any click and collect orders, but couldnt with mine, as no one there to open up. (Main manager on a Course, other guy couldnt be bothered opening up on time)

Spotted wipers online at a very reasonable anle price. I live wppro 30 mile away as was due to pass through the town next day so I thought is go ahead and order. Went to collect next day, when I arrived I entered the empty shop. Stood nearly 5 minutes before I was even seen to be told they'd be with me shortly. Got served and left quite unhappy with the attitude and service but none the less with my cheap wipers. Got home and went to fit them inly to find they'd given me the wrong size, charged me correct size but given me one 3 inches to big. Had tk dk a 60 mile round trip to change it to correct size. Arrived 15 minutes before they closed and staff all stood about on mobile phone trying to avoid eye contact incase they had to serve me. Finally got someone to speak to me to be told they didn't have the size I bought and paid for. So not a cheap set of wipers after all considering the time and extra 60 miles. Be the last time I use GSF

Well after receiving your email and text that the in stock item was ready. It was not and resulted in a 2 hour wait

Waited 40 mins in the queue before I got served first time I have been and the last shocking service the guy that served me was good but he can’t do it all

Ordered bosch wiperblades ,one wasn't original part so didn't fit shouldn't replace with inferior quality parts ,reception was very busy when I returned part ,only one person serving, plenty of staff sitting in office

I reserved a rear silencer on line for my car and travelled to your depot. Unfortunately when I delivered it to my mechanic it was for a Yaris not an I20 and you did not have the correct one available when I returned .Chap very apologetic but waste of my time

I use GSF regularly, however I was very disappointed this time. I ordered brake pads but wasn’t given option for local collect. Booked a delivery, 2-3 days it said. 7 days later asked were they were, damaged in post, we’ll send some more-priority post- still didn’t arrive till 4 days later. The bigger you get the more you should improve..

Was given the wrong parts when I finally got the correct ones they cost an extra £33 not very impressed won't use them again.

Ordered rear springs and front discs for my daughters car by using reg number on website. Discs were OK but got called from mechanic wrong springs I had been given rear springs for a citroen not a kia sedona. So now left with having to return for a refund

It was supposed to be a click and collect order,my wasn’t picked when went in to pick it up! Someone did ring me to confirm if and when I was going to pick it up. In my opinion it’s not good enough and I also had to queue up with the customers ordering over the counter.WHY!

ordered parts and got emailed twice that they were ready to be picked up, drove there and the parts weren't even in stock, with the price of fuel and my time i was not very happy at all

I was very disappointed with my first purchase from GSF. The prices were good, but a mistake was made with my order, as online they do not inform you, that their are multiple sizes. This caused problems, when they were being fitted, so it ended up costing me more money. I also had to purchase the parts again, then return the wrong ones, and wait for a refund. This has put me off shopping with them again, as management were not willing to rectify the problem either.

A very poor website, a poor customer service, at Coventry store there is one guy at the front desk , people are queuing for more than 20 minutes to be seen , and when you get to the front after 20 minutes the guy can’t help you as he is not trained properly, the staff in the back room can see the big queue but wouldn’t come to help even when they are doing nothing, Never again GSF
