I can't really complain about the ordering process and speed of delivery, which were good. However, I received a refund for a random amount with no explanation and then a part was missing from my order. Tried customer service by phone and email for two days but could not reach anyone. I ended up just buying another part elsewhere. Then four days later somebody emailed me back. By this time I had no patience left so left it. Wouldn't order online from GSF again

Parts received were incorrect. Unable to contact office in order to get returns reference. Had to contact local branch to get them to call the head office. Very poor customer service.

I usually score u high on this. But last order was delayed and I had to email 3 times before I got a response from yourselves. So I don't think I would use you again as I missed garage appointment due to this delay from yourself.

After entering Nr plate received a wrong part, asked store manager over the phone to delivered part on the garage due to not able to drive because the car was made ready to changed the part, said can not deliver the part. He forced me to ask another dealer which delivered the part and l returned your part…so l was not happy and GSFC did not do it well. Thanks

Staff were great helpful and kind, however the online system did not have the correct shoe code for the fitment of the new Disc-Drum and brake pads purchased same time, so after jacking up my 24/7 work van and removing the failed items (Saturday evening at time of least being called out for a few hours), it was only then that I found these handbrake shoes to be incorrect. I checked the online site using different methods by vehicle description and registration number, but each and every time it came up with same code as displayed on the shoe box, which is wrong fitment. I had to reassemble my brakes without the handbrake shoes installed, thus no handbrake, to enable my van to be driven, which was required twice before Monday to re-attend the shop. I wasn't best pleased to have to drive this way. At the Ashford shop, I spoke to one of the helpful staff who looked at his computer, and went and got correct part straight away. I had to re-find time to once again take off parts just renewed, and fit the correct shoes into place. This double workload as well as stress and cost to re-attend, and worry about driving and parking without a handbrake, is nothing short of disappointing. No fault with the staff at all, but surely I am not the only customer to have this fault presented, so why has this not been corrected on the system to stop other customers having the same inconvenience as what I've just had to deal with

The online part was too small even after putting in registration. No other options. Only saving grace is your shop in Portsmouth, the guys down there are excellent. Getting hold of your customer service is unbelievably hard.

"Store opens 8 am" - not when the drivers are awaiting senior staff to open up they don't! I arrived at 8 am, expecting a 10min wait at most, but key holders only arrived at 8.25am! Even the drivers kept apologising, and it wasn't their fault! The drivers said they normally arrive at 7.30am to get the vans ready for deliveries, and any click and collect orders, but couldnt with mine, as no one there to open up. (Main manager on a Course, other guy couldnt be bothered opening up on time)

Spotted wipers online at a very reasonable anle price. I live wppro 30 mile away as was due to pass through the town next day so I thought is go ahead and order. Went to collect next day, when I arrived I entered the empty shop. Stood nearly 5 minutes before I was even seen to be told they'd be with me shortly. Got served and left quite unhappy with the attitude and service but none the less with my cheap wipers. Got home and went to fit them inly to find they'd given me the wrong size, charged me correct size but given me one 3 inches to big. Had tk dk a 60 mile round trip to change it to correct size. Arrived 15 minutes before they closed and staff all stood about on mobile phone trying to avoid eye contact incase they had to serve me. Finally got someone to speak to me to be told they didn't have the size I bought and paid for. So not a cheap set of wipers after all considering the time and extra 60 miles. Be the last time I use GSF

Ordered bosch wiperblades ,one wasn't original part so didn't fit shouldn't replace with inferior quality parts ,reception was very busy when I returned part ,only one person serving, plenty of staff sitting in office

I reserved a rear silencer on line for my car and travelled to your depot. Unfortunately when I delivered it to my mechanic it was for a Yaris not an I20 and you did not have the correct one available when I returned .Chap very apologetic but waste of my time
