“Having received notification my order was ready for collection I was very disappointed that it was no longer in the store when I arrived! This is the first time it has happened to me on an otherwise good service.”

“Travelled 16 miles to collect a part after giving reg, to find we were given the wrong part, also enquired about a part for my mecedes and compared price with mercedes main dealer and Mercedes was half the price you where asking shameful.”

“My address was written correctly in the invoice paper But the delivery address was written incorrectly and was delivered two houses away So i had to trace my parcel via the look of the shoes shown in the delivery picture Then oil filter was sent wrong but on the website it was pictured the right one which i needed”

“As an ex All parts and GSF employee, who always gave 110% I found a reluctants to want to take my money unless I did it online. The last year I have spent £750 on spare parts for 2 cars. I only got brake pads from you @£15.. Stocking no parts for some older vehicles I can understand but surely you can some leads in the business to get them. How come you get 60% discount when you have no stock, yet only 30% when you do, or that what's what it seems. Your not alone EURO CAR PARTS... Are in fact even worse.. Just a note GSF a good company to work for, only the workers can create a fantastic one.”

“Parcel arrived by DPD with tape saying carefully repacked by DPD but not my ordered parts ! To be fair to GSF after a phone call another package arrived next day and correct .”

“Purchased front discs for 2013 polo. Asked if they could cross ref with OE they said they were the ones. They were not. To small so had to return.”

“I had to service my daughters car and qualified for the free home delivery. Great I thought, I will get the parts and the parts that I don’t use I could always send back. Unfortunately, when you order online unless the parts are faulty you can’t return them unless they are faulty so I’m now stuck with parts that I don’t need. I won’t be using this service again, I will order from the local branch.”

“Excellent customer services and staff, let down by online buying website that takes a week to generate an automatic response saying part no longer available and refund will be made. Useless when you are waiting for a part and believe it is being shipped.”

“Called the local shop (Bessemer road, Cardiff) spoke to someone who informed me the battery I wanted was in stock and that no, they did not deliver to private addreses. I needed it in a rush anyway, so armed with the price and part number off the website drove down. Gentleman serving was not exactly customer friendly, but hey.. I told him the battery, he quoted me a higher price and when I queried it told me I should have a different battery (also higher than the website). I specified the part number at which point he told me that was for web orders only and I'd need to do that on the website. Left, determined not to come back, but as I said, was in a rush and the web price was the cheapest locally. Ordered it (incidentally nothing on there saying it was a web specific price, nor that private home deliveries weren't catered for) returned after the required time and picked it up. It works, it's a battery, but service (even for a car parts shop) not the greatest.”

“Long wait at counter,one person in front of me and one person serving.Parts ordered on line ready for collection ,box all damaged and taped up.When I opened the box at home someone had put a different item to what I had ordered.Unable to do the repair.”

“I tried to buy a car part over the counter but i was told i could not unless i order on line . I had to stand with my phone and order via the internet and wait until it had gone through . thats bad service . i will go to Euro parts next time.”
