“Only open until 2pm on a Saturday, I got to the Crewe branch at 1:45pm and they had already shut, wasted trip! Euro car parts are open till 4pm so went there instead.”

“Ordered the right part as per web site. GSF send a completely different part. Then advise they don't have the correct part I originally ordered. There's a week of waiting to fix my car I won't get back. Still waiting for my refund to come back too Simple jobs made difficult.”

“Ordered part online shown as correct for my vehicle - part turned out to be incorrect- took it to local GSF who refused to accept my return and give me a credit - not acceptable that I should be expected to pay for return postage Very disappointed”

“ordered service parts to be delivered, refunded for air filter as not in stock but was in local branch for click & collect, fuel filter arrived 2 days later had to phone them to find this out as no communication for it not being sent at the same time as the rest won't be using home delivery service again.”

“I bought a wheel bearing for my ford focus MK1 and just over a month after fitting it the bearing started making a loud noise which got progressively louder. I bought another bearing from elsewhere and so far so good.”

“I ordered 3 items all for a front brakes repair task. I was told they would be delivered together, in fact only one item was delivered. I had an MOT booked and so had to re-schedule it, The remaining parts were delivered the next day but no explanation was offerred. Parts were fine, juts pick up if you can rather have delivered.”
