I had to service my daughters car and qualified for the free home delivery. Great I thought, I will get the parts and the parts that I don’t use I could always send back. Unfortunately, when you order online unless the parts are faulty you can’t return them unless they are faulty so I’m now stuck with parts that I don’t need. I won’t be using this service again, I will order from the local branch.

Excellent customer services and staff, let down by online buying website that takes a week to generate an automatic response saying part no longer available and refund will be made. Useless when you are waiting for a part and believe it is being shipped.

Called the local shop (Bessemer road, Cardiff) spoke to someone who informed me the battery I wanted was in stock and that no, they did not deliver to private addreses. I needed it in a rush anyway, so armed with the price and part number off the website drove down. Gentleman serving was not exactly customer friendly, but hey.. I told him the battery, he quoted me a higher price and when I queried it told me I should have a different battery (also higher than the website). I specified the part number at which point he told me that was for web orders only and I'd need to do that on the website. Left, determined not to come back, but as I said, was in a rush and the web price was the cheapest locally. Ordered it (incidentally nothing on there saying it was a web specific price, nor that private home deliveries weren't catered for) returned after the required time and picked it up. It works, it's a battery, but service (even for a car parts shop) not the greatest.

Shocking delivery, honestly it would of been better if I picked up the item up. Not happy at all. The part was loose in the box. DPD had re-tape the box.

Long wait at counter,one person in front of me and one person serving.Parts ordered on line ready for collection ,box all damaged and taped up.When I opened the box at home someone had put a different item to what I had ordered.Unable to do the repair.

I tried to buy a car part over the counter but i was told i could not unless i order on line . I had to stand with my phone and order via the internet and wait until it had gone through . thats bad service . i will go to Euro parts next time.

I think GSF have done a superb job with the packaging but I can't give a business a good rating if they use the awful parcel service that is UPS. I had a battery delivered on its side and filled the majority of the bag up with battery acid so that was certainly fun, Luckily i know what i'm doing and was able to fill the battery back up again.

Placed order and had to chase arrival date. Unfortunately the phone lines kept going to answerphone. Eventually got through to someone who was very helpful. Parcel turned up in two parts. Then when I was having work carried out on vehicle, found to be missing part of order. Had to chase again and eventually last part of order arrived. Fingers crossed they are the correct parts.

I ordered brake pads listed specifically for my car, but when they came they didn’t fit and I had to drive 35 miles to return them to a shop and exchange them for ones that did fit. Car was on jacks etc and it was frustrating.

twice i have ordered goods now,the first package had the wrong postcode on the package and it was eventually received with the battery packed on its side.secondly i asked for click and collect but you delivered it,not good!!

No problem with the parts or their prices, excellent value. I do not want to be bombarded with marketing emails every single day since purchasing despite unsubscribing to emails several times!

Ordered 2 filters & a sump plug for delivery which was charged. Had a confirmation email but shortly after received another saying 1 filter out of stock. Ended up paying too much for 2 items when delivery added. Will use europarts next time.
