I think GSF have done a superb job with the packaging but I can't give a business a good rating if they use the awful parcel service that is UPS. I had a battery delivered on its side and filled the majority of the bag up with battery acid so that was certainly fun, Luckily i know what i'm doing and was able to fill the battery back up again.

Placed order and had to chase arrival date. Unfortunately the phone lines kept going to answerphone. Eventually got through to someone who was very helpful. Parcel turned up in two parts. Then when I was having work carried out on vehicle, found to be missing part of order. Had to chase again and eventually last part of order arrived. Fingers crossed they are the correct parts.

I ordered brake pads listed specifically for my car, but when they came they didn’t fit and I had to drive 35 miles to return them to a shop and exchange them for ones that did fit. Car was on jacks etc and it was frustrating.

twice i have ordered goods now,the first package had the wrong postcode on the package and it was eventually received with the battery packed on its side.secondly i asked for click and collect but you delivered it,not good!!

No problem with the parts or their prices, excellent value. I do not want to be bombarded with marketing emails every single day since purchasing despite unsubscribing to emails several times!

Ordered 2 filters & a sump plug for delivery which was charged. Had a confirmation email but shortly after received another saying 1 filter out of stock. Ended up paying too much for 2 items when delivery added. Will use europarts next time.

Incorrect part was suggested on website after ordering I had to return by post at my own cost despite having a branch that I could drop off at nearby. Website recommends incorrect part and I have to pay for the inconvenience. Will use another auto parts supplier where this is not an issue.

Ordered a car battery now UPS can’t deliver for whatever reason 10 days after the order and money was taken. Only found this out when I spoke with GSF. Poor customer service I’m afraid to say and quite annoying as I’m jump starting my vehicle every two days. Been told no replacement will be issued, just hoping that my refund will be.

Unfortunately, it was Cash only as Machine broken. Very Poor as had to go find a Cash machine . Last time used GSF arrived to collect via click and collect and some bits missing .

Part I ordered did not fit when garage come to do repair . So he taken it all off and had to put it back together and now I have to wait to get done after bank holiday.

Many parts unavailable and not as cheap as some online stores where you can buy quality spares at cheaper prices also noticed long waiting time for click and collect costomer I have only been there times at the Woodford branch and each time has been the same, very frustrating and disappointed with the poor service.

The person on the main desk was miserable, unhelpful, discourteous and not even a thank you or goodbye. I will not buy any more products from this company.
