Put in your registration number and they still send wrong part even though it was correct on picture then wait forever for a refund use other suppliers if you can

I turned up at my local shop, after a 20 minute drive, but arrived just at closing time to collect my pre-ordered battery. The guys were too interested in closing, so wouldn't help me. Had to drive back again the following day, so took me two trips and 80 minutes.The service on the following trip, however, was very good, and I was even asked if I wanted the battery carrying out to my car.

Failed to ship order, I had to contact them on estimated delivery day as I had booked time off work to do the service. They told me they didn't have my items but hadn't bothered to tell me. Shoddy service, won't use again

Bought set of brakes for my car online came to collect at Cambridge branch and the guy there was like miserable to work and make me feel like proper tresspasser or intruder.

Second time ordered some parts and been wrong, had to send parts back which has cost me £11.15 for recorded post so had to pay for GSF mistake, not very happy at all, it makes me have second thoughts about using them in future

GSF parts and service always excellent, unfortunately DPD delivery delayed by 2 days. Best to use click and collect if you can.

Ordered a part online and was given the wrong serial numbered part on collection. I was able to exchange it easily enough again when I saw the part didn’t fit, but additional travel added to the frustration.

Parts were not in stock at Leicester branch so chose the Coventry branch as they had both items in stock via the website. Ordered and arranged collection for the next day to find only one of the items was actually in stock when I got there. The Sales lady apologised and arranged for the missing item to come to their Coventry branch the next morning but it meant a 2nd round trip from Leicester to Coventry for me.

Having received notification my order was ready for collection I was very disappointed that it was no longer in the store when I arrived! This is the first time it has happened to me on an otherwise good service.

Travelled 16 miles to collect a part after giving reg, to find we were given the wrong part, also enquired about a part for my mecedes and compared price with mercedes main dealer and Mercedes was half the price you where asking shameful.

My address was written correctly in the invoice paper But the delivery address was written incorrectly and was delivered two houses away So i had to trace my parcel via the look of the shoes shown in the delivery picture Then oil filter was sent wrong but on the website it was pictured the right one which i needed

As an ex All parts and GSF employee, who always gave 110% I found a reluctants to want to take my money unless I did it online. The last year I have spent £750 on spare parts for 2 cars. I only got brake pads from you @£15.. Stocking no parts for some older vehicles I can understand but surely you can some leads in the business to get them. How come you get 60% discount when you have no stock, yet only 30% when you do, or that what's what it seems. Your not alone EURO CAR PARTS... Are in fact even worse.. Just a note GSF a good company to work for, only the workers can create a fantastic one.

Parcel arrived by DPD with tape saying carefully repacked by DPD but not my ordered parts ! To be fair to GSF after a phone call another package arrived next day and correct .

Called, gave the reg and told they had the part. Was given the wrong part, upon checking on their website, the part given clearly states does not fit your vehicle

Late dispatch so delivery did not meet the 3 to 4 working days, two days late turned up on a Sunday. Delivery driver excellent.

Purchased front discs for 2013 polo. Asked if they could cross ref with OE they said they were the ones. They were not. To small so had to return.
