Website said my parts were in stock and would be ready within 30 minutes. I arrived and found that the actual shop was closed and wouldn't be open until the following day. Wasted journey.

I visited my local branch after finding the part I needed on the website. I gave the chap the part number and he quoted me £55 plus vat! The website states the part is only £21.45 including the vat. I showed him his own company website to which he said “well order it on there then! If you do it will be at least 40 mins before we get the order and we can’t price match against that!” I explained to him, regardless of that been his company website or me been in his store the comapany is the same and as such is registered as one business. There is no price matching to be done, just sell me the part that is in stock at the price quoted online. I was very disappointed to hear that his only reply was to tell me to f**k off and get out of the shop.

Only 2 out of the 3 part's i ordered were delivered, phoned but only got a recorded message, e-mailed and got my money returned.

ordered on line. Although initially all seemed good parts came no problem and at a very reasonable price. Apart from one part didn't fit my car and had different parts in it to what it should've been. And because I've ordered online, I can only send them back to the main depot, and not take them back to a local store. And this is going to cost me more or less the same price as the parts. So not worth sending them back

Not happy only 1 disc turned up and no disc pads. Wanted me to pay again to do collection from Coventry would take 72 hours to get refund but my payment was instanT. Phone number doesn't work to talk to anyone very disapointing. My Car was booked in fpr repairs but had to cancel as parts hadn't arrived

Delivery of my parts took way too long meaning I was without my car until I received them and could carry out the work needed to get me back on the road, I have severe mental health problems and my car is my safe place when I'm having a hard time

Ordered part and went to collect at Sydenham branch, staff too busy on phones to come and serve me. Kept me waiting 20 minutes to come and get paper work and collect part from shelf. Staff member was rude as if he couldn’t be bothered.

Ordered wipers online for click & collect. Went to store to pay and collect. After quite a wait I was told that although the parts were shown in stock, they couldn't be found. I had to buy wipers that were more expensive. Not disastrous but, disappointing.

Item purchased which dropped in price within 24hrs. Price promise isn’t applicable to their own website was told. Was told to reorder new. Which meant refusing delivery of ordered product to then order new. No understanding of cost to company and inconvenience when wasnt necessary. Managers need to use discretion and autonomy to make business economical decisions. Decided to save the co money and keep existing order. But frustrated and annoyed which could have been prevented.

Egr valve you supplied me lasted 8 months before developing a fault. Car is now out of action until you fix the valve, up to 6 weeks. This is not acceptable considering the cost of the part.

Wrong part,Web site only shows one type, there were two types, shop wanted extra £28 no thanks, was a third cheaper at car spares

These clowns keep allowing me to drive the 20 mile round trip after reserving items, only to be told when I get there they don’t have the item!!!! In particular I use the Milton Keynes branch in Bletchley. It’s very frustrating, but am happy to give me business to Euro Car Parts, Bedford Battery or any other motor factors in the area.

Really confusing payment method on the GSF website. If you want to Click and Collect in store beware. The payment method on the website draws you towards the credit card logos, you make a payment there and you've instantly selected their courier parts service. Yes its free delivery but there is no mention of delivery times and really annoying if you wanted to pre-order the parts and collect from their stores. Their web designers need to make this clearer and give you an opt out if you want to use their stores.
