Ordered the right part as per web site. GSF send a completely different part. Then advise they don't have the correct part I originally ordered. There's a week of waiting to fix my car I won't get back. Still waiting for my refund to come back too Simple jobs made difficult.

Felt like I’d met Dick Turpin at the Leeds branch till. £42 for 2 litres of oil, more than the price advertised on their web page and double that of other retailers.

Ordered part online shown as correct for my vehicle - part turned out to be incorrect- took it to local GSF who refused to accept my return and give me a credit - not acceptable that I should be expected to pay for return postage Very disappointed

ordered service parts to be delivered, refunded for air filter as not in stock but was in local branch for click & collect, fuel filter arrived 2 days later had to phone them to find this out as no communication for it not being sent at the same time as the rest won't be using home delivery service again.

I bought a wheel bearing for my ford focus MK1 and just over a month after fitting it the bearing started making a loud noise which got progressively louder. I bought another bearing from elsewhere and so far so good.

I ordered 3 items all for a front brakes repair task. I was told they would be delivered together, in fact only one item was delivered. I had an MOT booked and so had to re-schedule it, The remaining parts were delivered the next day but no explanation was offerred. Parts were fine, juts pick up if you can rather have delivered.

The box had been thrown around. Liquid everywhere. Burnt though my clothes.

Although staff were nice but there was noone at reception. I've had to wait 15 minutes. Others there said they'd been waiting over 30 minutes

When i use poole branch goods ate ready to collect when entering Use bournemoth branch had to wait for goods to be picked even after having text to say ready for collection

I purchased a YUASA O63 3000 Battery on the 14 th March for £62 .87 and then being sent a email selling the same battery for £55 .89 on the 21 st March.not to pleased

I was not happy with the service at the counter, yes i got the parts I ordered on line. Click and collect but also I needed some sort of bonding agent I asked the lady behind the counter she told me we don't have anything like that, so I paid for my goods. This was at 5.10pm felt like she rushed to get me out of there, I turned round and there on the shelf was my bonding agent.

Only rated poor due to the parcel being delivered to the wrong location - address that was given to courier was different to what I supplied but customer service was brilliant and issued me a refund as I had to get the parts elsewhere in the end but would certainly use again though as mistakes happen. Certainly can't complain about price as these guys were over £70 cheaper than everywhere else.

Parts, two wing mirrors, delivered but one wing mirror broken and they werent a matching pair. Sent them back to you but still awaiting confirmation of refund

I ordered an oil level sensor for my BMW 5231 (1958) with the registration number. One was sent but as the oil sump needs draining first to dismantle the old one, it was clear that the one sent was incorrect. You do not have the correct one in stock or that is going to be available apparently. The old one was reinstalled and a new oil/filter replaced at a cost of £~80 for labour only. Therefore annoyance as it will take another £80 to install the correct one.
