Placed an ordered 9 items, received 6 of them after 8 days. I asked them to send the 3 missing items ASAP, unfortunately received an email saying that 2 of these items are out of stock

Ordered sump plugs oil and air filters for 2 cars online. Delivery on the order quotrd as 3 to 5 days. After day 2 received an email saying one of the filters were not in stock and could not get a date from the supplier that when replacement stock would be received and i would be recredited. After not receing day 5 telephoned the number given on the website no answer 3 times. Then engaged with online chat where i was re assured that delivery woyld be the following day. I also mentioned had not had the recredit for the unavailable filter where i was assured that i would be receiving the full order. I received the delivery after 2 more days not following day and the filter they originally said would be missing was missing. I followed up with on line chat after which time i was recredited. The items received were as ordered.

confusing automatic messages from GSF and DPD regarding the delivery date / time. Redirected delivery to a neighbour when given the option by DPD and this was ignored by the DPD driver.

The online system was very easy and fair pricing considering the current economic situation. When I went to collect my order there was only one person serving and chatting to each customer for a long time before serving them, so a 3 person queue took 40 minutes!! I was close to walking out and going 'stuff this'. I will not be returning

Almost achieved average rating. Used for ordering various filters and there is a range of quality available from various manufacturers. Online click and collect service used but when I attended 40 minutes later not all of the items were available. Also, the display of pre-discount code prices only serve to clutter the page and presumably is an attempt to fool customers that they can make big savings. The counter staff were efficient but obviously there's a problem with the stock control system, which makes this an unreliable service.

Price mistake on web site for ad blue and then wrong wipers supplied for Mercedes-Benz c200 estate after checking and being told they'd fit.

The parts sent were the wrong ones (they dont fit the vehicle they`re supposed to), in tatty packaging that had already been returned to them by somebody else. I have to pay to return them back to GSF as I cant take them back to an actual shop!

Website said my parts were in stock and would be ready within 30 minutes. I arrived and found that the actual shop was closed and wouldn't be open until the following day. Wasted journey.

I visited my local branch after finding the part I needed on the website. I gave the chap the part number and he quoted me £55 plus vat! The website states the part is only £21.45 including the vat. I showed him his own company website to which he said “well order it on there then! If you do it will be at least 40 mins before we get the order and we can’t price match against that!” I explained to him, regardless of that been his company website or me been in his store the comapany is the same and as such is registered as one business. There is no price matching to be done, just sell me the part that is in stock at the price quoted online. I was very disappointed to hear that his only reply was to tell me to f**k off and get out of the shop.

Only 2 out of the 3 part's i ordered were delivered, phoned but only got a recorded message, e-mailed and got my money returned.

ordered on line. Although initially all seemed good parts came no problem and at a very reasonable price. Apart from one part didn't fit my car and had different parts in it to what it should've been. And because I've ordered online, I can only send them back to the main depot, and not take them back to a local store. And this is going to cost me more or less the same price as the parts. So not worth sending them back

Not happy only 1 disc turned up and no disc pads. Wanted me to pay again to do collection from Coventry would take 72 hours to get refund but my payment was instanT. Phone number doesn't work to talk to anyone very disapointing. My Car was booked in fpr repairs but had to cancel as parts hadn't arrived

Delivery of my parts took way too long meaning I was without my car until I received them and could carry out the work needed to get me back on the road, I have severe mental health problems and my car is my safe place when I'm having a hard time
