Service was very slow the other branch in bradford is much quicker arrived at 8.30 and was waiting for 10 minutes when I was in a rush to get to work staff were friendly though I have to say

Website easy to use. Was no notification to say that the order was available to pick up (just some shot in the dark statement that it'll be ready within an hour) even though it requests for an email address and phone number. Went to collect an hour later, guy behind the counter couldn't have seemed less interested to be there, order was passed off to a female member of staff who dealt with the order more accordingly. Only used GSF on this occasion because of the price compared to other local suppliers, but hasn't really made a great impression, so will pay the difference and shop elsewhere.

Ordered power steering pump,got home to find I'd been given an old returned unit,then told they had no new units,2 journeys and no still no pump

Input my reg to order rear wiper blade for my 55 Focus and after picking up, driving home and trying to fit for 10mins realised it was for different year of manufacture!

Staff was very unhelpful, when ask to double check if its the correct part ordered on GSF online..the staff response was i dont know... I am ordering now on Euro car parts, etc.

Normally an excellent service however last order failed to be delivered in the 3 to 4 working days and vehicle ended up being off the road for 2 weeks. Once contacted communication was good but nevertheless the delay was an issue to me.

I ordered a battery on click and collect. I was advised 3 times it was ready to collect. On arrival I was eventually told they didn’t have one but one would be delivered to my home later. It was delivered later than advised after chasing its whereabouts on phone. I came to use it on my car to find it wouldn’t start car as I had 8.3 volts for n it!

Put my number plate in, ordered the part I was told to by their website. Incorrect part, they now want to charge me to return the part, makes no sense. Won’t use again

Disappointed as can’t return products in store, ordered break pads the weight of them alone would cost a small fortune to return 😞. Tried contacting customer service phone lines a joke! No answer 15 calls made so far!

I’ve got told all the parts are there it will be Delivery within 3 to 4 working days. The confirmation email said within 2-3 working days. It actually turned up a week after it should have a cost me mot test fee as didnt have the parts when they said they would be here. Won’t be ordering here again is much rather pay more and have a company who will actually dispatch when they say they will. I was unable to speak to somebody at the office local branch is put me through to a number which didn’t exist and told me I’ll have to sit in the queue keep ringing back. After spending five days chasing and ringing up this phone number I was emailed to say it was being dispatched. I certainly won’t be ordering with you again

I've always had confidence in GSF, however, i recently took advantage of the 60 % sale and click & collect on two oil filters for my 2016 suzuki swift. I arranged for my son to pick them up for me, he was handed two oil filters WITHOUT ANY PACKAGING, NO FILM OVER THE FACES OF THE FILTERS, NOT EVEN A BAG. Needless to say i returned the filters and got my money back. Not good enough GSF !
