Ordered the items easily. That bit good Bad bit was the 2 or 3 daily emails about other offers. I don't want a clutch, all I wanted was an air filter.

Wanted to buy tools to change the brake pads, you had the tools in stock but the guy on the phone did not have a clue, he said the GSF don’t sell tools, so had to buy online from another company

Very good service but part came out faulty putting me through a lot of inconvenience and having to refit removed old part to keep car on the road Job incomplete not happy faulty front disc pad not yet been to the company

Purchase that looked like an ex return. Took it back for a refund that took ages at the counter. 4 days ago refund amount still not in my account

Overall my experience was okay but wouldn’t use again as I typed in my reg assuming it would give me exact parts I need but there’s differnt ones still and ended up with wrong one will stick to euro car parts for future

item was very bad quality thread not done properly had to be redone bolt hole did not line up with thread hole had to remove quite a bit of the casing to be able to do bolt up

Service was good apart from online shop Put my reg in and looked for a petrol filter got the part which was stated for my car but my car does not have that part so I’m left with a £26 petrol filter that I can’t use

When the man finally took his eyes away from his mobile phone and got up too serve me, he didn't seem that he wanted too be there, he took my reference went away and came back with the service parts. I pointed out that one of the items he picked was the wrong one. Again he seemed not bothered and a little confused he finally came back with correct item.

Generally GSF have been excellent with good prices and efficient sales. Unfortunately, you've spoiled it by putting pop ups on my computer that appear now and then. Shame, as otherwise you'd have got five stars.

Order dealt with promptly however I never received the goods as they were damaged in transit and returned to sender. Got an email to say that I would be refunded once they had received the returned goods and that if I still wanted them I should re-order. Would have expected to be told they would re-send unless I didn't want the goods rather than have to re-order (and pay again) also why do I have to wait until the goods have been returned before being refunded as they didn't even get close to being delivered.

A company that will charge you twice as much if you phone or go in store for it instead of ordering online and collecting in the same store doesn’t feel honest

We’ll impressed with a quick delivery - parcel delivered within 24 hours. Unfortunately when we attempted to fit it (a gas strut for a rear hatch) we found it was the wrong part and wouldn’t fit. Clip on bottom of strut was missing. Excellent service from the team re. returns procedure, although I wasn’t able to return it to the local GSF branch as it was a Parts Alliance outlet. This needs sorting.
