Service was good apart from online shop Put my reg in and looked for a petrol filter got the part which was stated for my car but my car does not have that part so I’m left with a £26 petrol filter that I can’t use

When the man finally took his eyes away from his mobile phone and got up too serve me, he didn't seem that he wanted too be there, he took my reference went away and came back with the service parts. I pointed out that one of the items he picked was the wrong one. Again he seemed not bothered and a little confused he finally came back with correct item.

Generally GSF have been excellent with good prices and efficient sales. Unfortunately, you've spoiled it by putting pop ups on my computer that appear now and then. Shame, as otherwise you'd have got five stars.

Order dealt with promptly however I never received the goods as they were damaged in transit and returned to sender. Got an email to say that I would be refunded once they had received the returned goods and that if I still wanted them I should re-order. Would have expected to be told they would re-send unless I didn't want the goods rather than have to re-order (and pay again) also why do I have to wait until the goods have been returned before being refunded as they didn't even get close to being delivered.

A company that will charge you twice as much if you phone or go in store for it instead of ordering online and collecting in the same store doesn’t feel honest

We’ll impressed with a quick delivery - parcel delivered within 24 hours. Unfortunately when we attempted to fit it (a gas strut for a rear hatch) we found it was the wrong part and wouldn’t fit. Clip on bottom of strut was missing. Excellent service from the team re. returns procedure, although I wasn’t able to return it to the local GSF branch as it was a Parts Alliance outlet. This needs sorting.

When you put your reg in and give you the wrong size battery and they should put the right parts you need

I ordered some wiper blades from the website by entering my car reg, I assumed all the parts that were that appeared on the list were all a compatible fit for my car. Received the parts and tried to fit them but they were the wrong fit, clearly this wasn't my fault as I cannot physically see them but had to pay £12 to return them which I'm very un happy about. I would like to know what is the purpose of entering my car registration when the parts I receive my or my not fit?

I asked forBosch, you sent Valeo, I asked for a full set for my Merc c class estate. The one for the rear was for a VW Golf. Pretty poor reslly

Only decent experience is applying the great discounts. Customer service instore is appalling, one of the worst. Very grumpy and unhelpful receptionists with a very long waiting time unwilling to do their job more seriously.
