when pattern parts are significantly different, requiring different bolts etc etc those parts need to be supplied with the part. When trying to return a part its best to facilitate this rather than try delaying tactics like requiring photos that will show you nothing, under distance selling rules you are required to accept returns regardless of reason, but when its incompatibility issues you should be offering to cover return postage not making it the customers fault and making returns difficult

Second time I’ve done purchase on line, the part in both cases was wrong. Search via Google is next to useless.

Stock was not available at the branch that indicated it was. However as positive the sales assistant did contact the next nearest branch that showed stock where I was able to make detour to get what I needed but not what you need when there are fuel shortages.... I fitted the part same day and got the car back on the road to get to work the next morning.

Having to pay to return brake discs when bought offline because they don’t accept them in the store when bought offline is a joke!

Website is rubbish. I would rather have consistent pricing than artificial discounts. Having ordered online and chosen home delivery not sure why I cannot take stuff back to store for swap.

First time I have used GSF Ordered a reverse light switch for my transit but unfortunately I was sent the wrong part even though I submitted the reg number and all that. Luckily I was able to use a local parts dealer to get me out of a hole. Now I have all the hassle of returning the part and hoping I get a full refund including all postage and packaging both ways. Note to self cheaper and internet are not always the best option. Support local in future!!!!

Good to buy online & great prices, being in the motortrade & having an account with gsf for many many years I can buy parts far cheaper online from them the same as jo public but I'm afraid compared to other companies I buy from online I found gsf slow on dispatch & delivery so will have to revert back to trying to get an employee to answer the phone to take my order & try to barter with them to get the low prices jo public can get on the internet, seems these days there's no appreciation for people like myself in the trade that gave 99 percent of their business to gsf, it's a sad world

The oil took too long to arrive - I ordered it on Monday 19th July and it arrived on Friday 23rd when it was too late for it to be used at the garage that was carrying out other work on the van on the same Friday. In addition the website description calls the oil 'differential oil' when it is in fact 'haldex unit oil'. This is a clutch unit attached to the differential and uses a different oil. When I contacted your live message service for clarification I was given incorrect information that the oil was NOT for the haldex unit, when in fact it is. So I spent some time trying to clarify the situation. GSF service is normally excellent but on this occasion it was not.

Hi iam not happy with the delivery company I left a note on the door telling the driver we’re to put it safe but the driver took to the post office we’re I couldn’t get the part for 2days because I at to wait till I was off work to get it

The process was easy but the only thing I found was that the guy who served looked and sounded like he didn’t want to be there. I felt guilty for having to collect my own order!!!

SUPPLIED DMF OK FOR ASTRAVAN , BUT THE CLUTCH SUPPLIED AGAINST MY REG WAS WRONG LEAVING ME NO CHOICE BUT TO BUY FROM ELSEWARE. AND NOW GOT TO SORT OUT A REFUND ALONG WITH THE BOTHER OF RETURNING IT . NEVER AGAIN!!!!

My part came a day late after I paid for next day delivery. I've been trying for days to get in touch with gsf To try and get my €4.12 delivery fee back. But the phone is a recorded message all the time. As a new customer I feel I've been let down.

Ordered online Picked up the items in store Only when I went to fit the oil filter did I find i was given the wrong unit I subsequently went else where and brought another filter as I’d ripped open the box and got oil on it
