to be told order was ready to be collected then parts not in stock when in store was a waste of time. Especially during rush hour. But hey!! Im not bitter these things happen.

Wasn’t happy ordered online and picked up from the shop and when my fitter went to fit the pads they were the wrong set so had to pay him to come back the next day not so much as a sorry from your staff 😡😡

The part I purchased was different to what I needed! Your ad stated this was the correct replacement fuel pump and housing for my vehicle. Unfortunately the garage tried to adapt it to make it fit as it was scheduled in to be fixed!!! It’s now sat in the box smelling of diesel and about as much use as a chocolate teapot. I’ve wasted £164 on a product you stated was a direct replacement part and it wasn’t. Won’t be using you again!!!

Even though I had pre-ordered online, when I arrived in store the order was not ready and the guy had to collect the items whilst I was waiting. In my opinion I should have be turning up to store to find my order ready for payment and collection, a quick easy transaction. This was not the case! Added to this, 2 of the items I had ordered were not in stock despite my online order saying they were available in store. This then meant a refund was required - more time wasted! In total, I spent over 30 minutes stood waiting in store for items I had pre-ordered online a day earlier, and therefore should have been waiting for me! Not a great customer experience to be honest. However, on a positive note, the items were extremely well priced and I would shop with GSF again for that reason.

The parts weren’t available in Woodford so i went to Tottenham Was sold the wrong parts I came back to the woodford branch and they gave the correct parts without amending the bill but on reflection, it would’ve been more cost effective to get a complete refund and purchase the correct parts but now i cant be bothered to make a fourth journey. Both sales assistants in either bbranch were exceptional in their demeanour, professionalism and delivery but somehow i came out worse off financially

incorrect pricing for inlet gasket: 8 pieces required, GSF price average for 8 pieces but delivered just one then customer support claimed item is sold in units of 1. This item is an 8 piece inlet gasket. I need to return part for a refund== unwarranted admin. £9.40 for 1/8 of the unit is 10x average competitor pricing. I have therefore decided to delete GSF from my potential supplier list.

Paid for express delivery at 2pm wednesday before cut off, parcel wasn't delivered until friday, on friday it was delivered later than the allocated slot which meant i missed it and didnt actually receive it until the following monday. parcelforce at fault really but still not very impressed with the service.

when pattern parts are significantly different, requiring different bolts etc etc those parts need to be supplied with the part. When trying to return a part its best to facilitate this rather than try delaying tactics like requiring photos that will show you nothing, under distance selling rules you are required to accept returns regardless of reason, but when its incompatibility issues you should be offering to cover return postage not making it the customers fault and making returns difficult

Second time I’ve done purchase on line, the part in both cases was wrong. Search via Google is next to useless.

Stock was not available at the branch that indicated it was. However as positive the sales assistant did contact the next nearest branch that showed stock where I was able to make detour to get what I needed but not what you need when there are fuel shortages.... I fitted the part same day and got the car back on the road to get to work the next morning.

Website is rubbish. I would rather have consistent pricing than artificial discounts. Having ordered online and chosen home delivery not sure why I cannot take stuff back to store for swap.

First time I have used GSF Ordered a reverse light switch for my transit but unfortunately I was sent the wrong part even though I submitted the reg number and all that. Luckily I was able to use a local parts dealer to get me out of a hole. Now I have all the hassle of returning the part and hoping I get a full refund including all postage and packaging both ways. Note to self cheaper and internet are not always the best option. Support local in future!!!!
