Tried to order 4 things. Ordered 3 okay but the last thing wasnt online. We called the store and they confirmed they had it in stock and should be able to order online but it wasn’t appearing. Person on the phone was no help. Phone call to head office wasnt going through so had to email and they told me the exact thing the store told me and basically said they cant help. I made them aware i was told its in stock at the store they then proceeded to reserve it for me on there. I asked for the price and order number and replied with only the order number and no price. I turned up to the store and they told me the price and it was triple what i was hoping for and even the man in the store agreed it was ridiculous. I declined and took the 3 things i did order away. Wouldn’t recommend.

Ordered online. Travelled some 80 miles round trip only to be told their stock records were incorrect. Then had to travel some further 40 miles to collect from another branch. Not impressed

Ordered a particle filter and received it deformed. Same day I contacted Customer Service through website form (06.07.2021) asking and I didn't received any answer from them by the date of this review.

Bought a product at the counter, the member of staff that served me appeared to have an attitude problem. Went back to buy the same product, served by the same member of staff. He quoted me double the price for the same thing. Explained I had bought the product previously, he was not interested so left without the product. Ordered the product on line for the original price & had it delivered free off charge.

It was ok, but the wrong part has been sent out, despite being the part recommended for my vehicle on the website. I can't get the part switched for some reason and have to send it back for a refund instead of dropping into a store. All in all not great

Ordered parts online, arrived to pick them up and the store only had one member of staff who was sat in the office. He didn't even acknowledge that I had walked in by saying he would be with me shortly, despite seeing me. Instead, he carried on on his computer and then proceeded to make a lengthy phone call. I shouted for attention and he told me he was on his own today so I would have to wait. If I didn't need the parts, I'd have walked out, but I won't order from you for pick up again if your staff can't even acknowledge a customer. I would happily wait if he had just said he would be with me soon as he was on his own but it took me to shout hello before he even said a word.

I ordered online few car parts and one of them were also the rear brake pads, when I ordered it said everything is in stock but when I went there the guys who served me said the rear brake pads we don’t have but we giving you another pair but cost more , when I said to him that online said everything is in stock, the guy start raising his voice and saying in this world nothing is sure, today you have tomorrow you don’t have . I was surprised to hear because that had nothing to do with what he was saying . I said to him but you are failing to meat what you saying on your online ordering and normally you shouldn’t charge me , he started saying aggressively “is anybody giving you free things in this country “, I said Im not asking you anything for free but just few pounds reduction because you don’t have those what I ordered and to me will cost another service to the mechanic just for those rear brake if I don’t get them today. As result I was fed up and paid for the rest and left because I could not hear his none sense responses . I don’t think I will order anything anymore from these people , specially if this guy serves me .

I was happy that the brake pads I wanted were available based on my registration. Unfortunately when I took the parts to the garage to be fitted we found out that they were the wrong parts. My local mechanic was quite understanding and did not charge me for replacing the old brakes. I then went back to GSF who looked at the parts and agreed that they were wrong. But when entering the registration again the wrong parts cam up again. A total waste of time. I should have just gone to my mechanic direct and got him to order from his supplier.

The full gasket set for a type 1 beetle engine I ordered is not the same as the photo on the website so the only seal I needed, main crank seal, wasn’t in the set.

Ordered collected and paid for wheel bearing but not given extra advise that we needed for the extra part required to go on driveshaft which delayed fitment by technician

The staff very good. But waiting time was unacceptable. There was 2 person in front of me when I arrived. It took more than 20 minutes for my turn. Regards

Reserved for collection an oil filter, air filter, sump plug and washer and a 5 litres of oil, when collecting was told "sorry we don't have the air filter even though its showing in stock and you will have to return tomorrow after 1130 to collect it" and when I opened the box containing the sump plug and washer the washer was missing. All in all not a good impression to be honest even though the prices were excellent service clearly comes low down the order, but the staff were apologetic and very polite.

Ordered 4 service parts for my Citroen C4 from Letchworth shop. I went to fit the air filter that same day and was too big. Went back to the shop, the wrong part was given to me, the assistant had read the part number wrong upon visiting the store room. I had a mechanic booked in for Saturday to change oil, upon draining found the wrong oil filter had been issued. This caused me no end of problems over the weekend and was without a vehicle until Monday which I was forced to take off work. I wouldn't have minded so much but it wasn't the website that gave the wrong part number, it was the member of staff simply fetched a completely different part number to what was on the order form. On Monday a different member of staff apologised over the phone in a good sincere manner. But nothing in the way of refund or compensation was offered for my wasted weekend and fuel cost driving backwards and forwards from Stevenage to collect the right part. Luckily the mechanic was sympathetic to me and didn't charge me an extra call out charge.
