Good to buy online & great prices, being in the motortrade & having an account with gsf for many many years I can buy parts far cheaper online from them the same as jo public but I'm afraid compared to other companies I buy from online I found gsf slow on dispatch & delivery so will have to revert back to trying to get an employee to answer the phone to take my order & try to barter with them to get the low prices jo public can get on the internet, seems these days there's no appreciation for people like myself in the trade that gave 99 percent of their business to gsf, it's a sad world

The oil took too long to arrive - I ordered it on Monday 19th July and it arrived on Friday 23rd when it was too late for it to be used at the garage that was carrying out other work on the van on the same Friday. In addition the website description calls the oil 'differential oil' when it is in fact 'haldex unit oil'. This is a clutch unit attached to the differential and uses a different oil. When I contacted your live message service for clarification I was given incorrect information that the oil was NOT for the haldex unit, when in fact it is. So I spent some time trying to clarify the situation. GSF service is normally excellent but on this occasion it was not.

Hi iam not happy with the delivery company I left a note on the door telling the driver we’re to put it safe but the driver took to the post office we’re I couldn’t get the part for 2days because I at to wait till I was off work to get it

The system would not deliver, no explanation? Had to collect, only to find the product and description were not the same.

The process was easy but the only thing I found was that the guy who served looked and sounded like he didn’t want to be there. I felt guilty for having to collect my own order!!!

SUPPLIED DMF OK FOR ASTRAVAN , BUT THE CLUTCH SUPPLIED AGAINST MY REG WAS WRONG LEAVING ME NO CHOICE BUT TO BUY FROM ELSEWARE. AND NOW GOT TO SORT OUT A REFUND ALONG WITH THE BOTHER OF RETURNING IT . NEVER AGAIN!!!!

My part came a day late after I paid for next day delivery. I've been trying for days to get in touch with gsf To try and get my €4.12 delivery fee back. But the phone is a recorded message all the time. As a new customer I feel I've been let down.

Ordered online Picked up the items in store Only when I went to fit the oil filter did I find i was given the wrong unit I subsequently went else where and brought another filter as I’d ripped open the box and got oil on it

Open the reception door and alarm went off to alert them a customer is at reception. It took them really 5 minutes to come to reception and there was apologies for the delay

Based on the options offered for my car I ordered brake pads and discs. They arrived promptly but both where incorrect and do not fit my car. After 3 days of trying to contact GSF I am still waiting for my returns number. They do not actually stock the part I need.

It was disappointing none of the 4 staff I saw when I arrived to collect my order attended the till until I made a point of looking through the internal windows to the office and glaring! I waited for 5 to 6 minutes on arrival, not a long time I know, but I was the only customer. There were 2 guys in the loading bay chatting to each other, and the 2 guys in the office must have seen me arrive but did nothing. I made eye contact with one of the 2 guys in the loading bay but he carried on chatting. I don't mind waiting when it's busy, but I do when I'm being ignored.

Used before and fine. This time, not good. Not even helped by not being told what I am reviewing. I ordered an exhaust pipe - not in stock at the two local stores listed so had to order. Order was placed on Tuesday. Was told the delivery date would be between Friday and the following Tuesday. Heard nothing by Friday and the online help was offline - no use. Searched again and found one at the Leicester depot - but that was not straightforward. The two nearest stores were listed, whether or not they had stock so ended up speculatively searching to achieve this. PITA frankly. Also ordered two new specialist bolts for joining the exhaust. Got to Leicester and the bolts were bog-standard, non-shouldered jobbies like the originals so they were rejected. Got home and fitted the exhaust only to get an email that the exhaust due for delivery had FINALLY been picked up by the courier. Not a cat in hell's chance of getting it when I needed it, so I rejected that too when it arrived which naturally did not please the couriers, but hey-ho not my problem. I Will probably use them again but on this occasion they were useless. Come on guys, if you haven't got it in stock at the two local depots, instead of forcing delivery on your hapless customers, let us know where you HAVE got it in stock. Sometimes we want it fast and will travel rather than wait for the snail mail. The delivery was within the specified date but no use to me - I needed to get ahead, and I consider the communication poor and the parcel collection useless on this occasion.

Car was booked in but sadly I had to phone GSF because the clutch didn’t arrive when promised. Also the slave cylinder was not the new easy fit version shown on the website and box but the older version So 2 ⭐️ For value parts

I was a little disappointed with the lights. They said they were complete and whilst I wasn't surprised they were supplied without any lamps I was surprised that they never came with any fixings to either fit them yo the car wings but also the lenses to the base. ☹

Service initially fine looked up part on website using reg number, placing the order online fine and delivered ok. However, part listed on website turned out to be the wrong one, getting hold of their returns dept. was a total nightmare just constantly getting an answerphone message. Not impressed at having to pay for the return courier when the part was listed wrong on their website!
