Battery arrived leaking . So much so as the box was wet with acid ! The chat line was fairly unhelpful and cold.They would not collect the leaking one . New one arrived a few days later .

First order from you excellent, second order poor. I am not sure what happened from you to DPD but my order never arrived. Identified when I phoned you. You resent order but only sent I brake sensor. When I phoned again you recognised you had not sent two. This was now 2 weeks. I needed the other brake sensor on next day delivery as the parts were being fitted. You didn’t send it next day delivery so the part arrived a day after the car was at the garage. So I have a sensor not needed or needing another booking to garage.

PUT IN CAR REG FOR A BATTERY CHOICE OF MAKES AND PRICE CAME UP WHEN I WENT TO FIT TERMINALS WERE WRONG SIDE,Rang up and got return form to take back to local store, I was given a number to order correct battery and this one turned up too big to fit,something has obviously gone wrong somewhere.

I ordered a car part online but when I went to pick it up it was the wrong piece so I had to return it and immediately get another one from somewhere else.

Returns policy for on line orders is a joke. Takes 2 weeks to get your money back. Can't exchange any items at a GSF store. Phones aren't turned on at 9am when they open. Took 30 mins on hold to get through. Very poor

Ordered 2 wipers for an Audi TT, standard Audi fitment. The driver side wiper adaptor was too wide to slide and clip into the arm (they were also universal and not oem as expected/ordered ). I had to bastardise with the using old wiper with the new rubber blade.

Bought a battery by a car registration and it came wrong one I didn't know until tried to fit months later. They refused to refund as I didn't have a receipt but had 5 emails for the item as proof. Spoke to them a couple of times and even went with the battery si to see that's it's the wrong one and unused.

Ordered online as delivery was easier at the time due to work commitments, however, I had to drive to DPD’s chosen drop off point as they decided it was better for them to do that than actually deliver it to my home address as requested. So 28 mile round trip later, I open the parcel to discover an item missing, I needed the item that day so another 35 mile round trip later i went in store to collect the missing item! All in i did not save any time and im out of pocket fuel for the total of 63 miles of fuel !!!!

Website rubbish for ordering as it defaults to home delivery if you pay online. Did not notice this and went to local store to collect to no avail. Young man on desk very understanding but unable to cancel order and allow me to purchase another there. Only options was to buy another there and return delivered one by post. God knows the cost of posting a 24kg battery but imagine its not cheap. He stated this happens all the time. Improved website equals better reviews and more custom, simple.

Ordered two mirrors told they had been delivered,took a road trip to collect them and got caught in traffic only to come home with just one mirror.not impressed at all.

The price was different than what was quoted in the collection e-mail. My son picked up 1 item at a cost of £21.95, when it should have been 17.94, as per the e-mail below:- You’ll need to show this to a member of staff when collecting your order... 1002456543 Item in your order Qty Price ZZZADBLUE10L / 982AA4200 ADBLUE 10LT 2 £35.88 Subtotal (inc. Hi, parts supplied against reg details, were wrong shape. But could only check that after taking the whole dashboard apart!!
