Hi Adrian, I just looked into your order and it looks like you may have been confused on what this service is or what we completed. Our seal services are done by individual triumphs only, not a full seal package, meaning you would have to add ALL triumphs you are needing for the seal to be completed. In your order you selected the cheapest option "King's Fall" from the drop down menu which explains above adding to cart, "We will complete a King’s Fall Raid on Normal Difficulty for the King’s Fall Triumph." This is exactly what we completed as you stated in your review, a normal raid completion. Without adding other services, we will not be able to complete other triumphs for the seal. I hope that explains more about your issue you have and in the future, I do suggest reaching out to our live chat which is available 24/7 about services or questions you may have before ordering.

“The services have been saving me a lot with my new workout schedule and being out of town a lot This service really helps me to not miss out on specific weapons or just taking care of my weekly pinnacles. Also, another really good service is the vault cleaning. They really thoroughly go through your vault and get rid of doubles and weapons that have extremely bad perks just saves a lot of time.”
