“Everything that was promised was delivered and on time. If I decide to use a service like this again, I will be using Guardian Services for sure. They had issues logging into the account ( locked it twice ) but they eventually got it. I also got spammed with emails asking me to leave feedback. Neither are deal breakers at this point but still ridiculous.”

“Price is more than other places around 20-30% more depending on item. BUT they did not tamper with my account like the LegionFarms guys did. It took me 6 weeks to get my refund for their service AND the refund for the stuff they bought from the Microsoft store via my account. I would gladly pay more for a team that I know won't steal from me.”

“I've used these guys off and on since the launch of D2 and, while their prices for certain items can be quite steep (especially pinnacle weapons), they do exactly what they promise. They're quick, reliable and detailed, shooting texts when they're signing in, sending out emails with the loot acquired, and have even held off signing into my account until I was finished playing myself. These guys are my go to for the more affordable raids and (back when they existed) trials. Account recovery can be unnerving but I've had nothing but positive experiences.”

“Yeah I have to say your service is great, the only qualm I have is not being able to communicate with the agent who is working on your order. It would be more comforting to know you can ask questions about your order anytime. There have also been instances where I will be playing the game, knowing my order is being processed and I will get kicked off before I'm alerted via email or text, other than that I really enjoy your service, thank you”

“Super fast turn around. Quality service, should have a bit of a discount service for returning customers or rewards program. Also when I get a text that they'll be getting on a 10-15 heads up would be nice. I've been kicked mid game before I got the text.”
