“We ordered 6 dumbbells (3 pairs). They have arrived one dumbbell at a time for the first 3 of 6. The other 3 have been delayed and still haven’t arrived.”

Hey Stephen, please get in touch with support ASAP and we can help talk you through this one. Due to Covid, some orders are being split into multiple shipments depending on the item weight and size. This is outlined on your order/shipping confirmation. Rest assured, you'll receive the other parts of your shipment within a few days of each other if the items are in stock. Thanks mate

“I'm still waiting for delivery. 1 of the 2 dumbells delivered. The plate weights came after the first dumb bell. Products are fine but hard to get any interaction with what's happening. Not sure if i will get my last dumbbell?”

Hey Andrew, I can see in our system Chris has replied to all of your queries regarding this order and has outlined that Australia post has split the shipment due to the item weight (a new procedure they've undertaken due to Covid depending on item size and weight). This was also outlined in your shipping/order confirmation. Apologies for the delay, but rest assured, as outlined in Chris' email to you, the items should be delivered either this afternoon or tomorrow. Thanks.

“My experience with Gym Direct was fantastic regardless of the delayed dispatch time due to COVID. I was properly notified of the delay, and was also notified when the package was dispatched. Time between dispatch and arrival at my doorstep was only a few hours which was incredibly impressive. There was some confusion with the deliver but this was rectified quickly and with great customer service by one of the team. The product itself (two powder-coat kettlebells) are fantastic value for money, and I am already getting a great deal of use out of them. I would recommend Gym Direct for anyone looking for home gym equipment, and I would certainly shop with Gym Direct again. Thank you, team. Keep up the great work.”
