“I ordered a women's chrome barbell but I received a red one instead. They're the same thing so I won't bother going through the process of returning it. If they were out of chrome, I wish they would have told me first, and asked if I'd like a red one instead, or a refund.”

“The whole purchase process was a bit confusing. Not bad just weird. There was no information on how to activate the 1 year free iFit. There doesn’t seem to be any after sales support. I’m having issues and I’m getting no response from gymdirect or proform.”

We're so sorry to hear you've had a confusing experience Adam! We take customer experience very seriously at Gym Direct and never want our customers to feel the way you currently do. To activate your membership, you have to register on www.ifit.com.au and enter the 16-digit activation code on the back of the card you received. Then you can log-in with your account details on your cardio device. If you're still having issues, please give us a call and we will be able to help you over the phone. Have a great week!
