“Great customer service. I had an item show up with some cosmetic damage and some broken pieces. It took about a week, but got a resolution and had management call me to apologise and arrange for the broken parts to be sent out to me.”

“Bought several pieces of equipment and so far appears to be good quality for the price. There was one piece missing from my order, however communication was excellent and the problem was rectified without any issue. Happy with my purchase, and will use gym direct again in the future”

“Great products at great prices and service. I bought a second barbell for my home gym, and a wire cleaning brush. The new Muscle Motion barbell looks and feels great and takes pride of place in the power rack. The old barbell came up quite nicely with some WD40 and the new brush and is ready for deadlifts and other floor work. Gym Direct's prices and range are great. It was a nice touch after ordering the barbell that they emailed a how-to to clean/maintain the bar.”

“Very pleased with the promptness of delivery and functionality/quality of the product. However the paintwork was considerably scratched up upon unpacking it from the box which was really disappointing.”
