“The product range available is excellent, some flaws but hey, nothing and no one is perfect. Communication (or should I say the lack thereof) with your clients is by far the most disappointing part of your business. Having to chase up multiple times for updates after waiting weeks on end is unacceptable. I really want to give more than three start. However, with the disappointingly poor customer service I'm not able to give more.”

“During this tough time of COVID gym direct were pretty great. We understand the delays of our product we’re not the direct fault of gym direct. They did communicate with us most steps of the way to notify of where our order was with the delays and If we had any questions our emails were always responded to within 48 hours which is great under these overwhelming circumstances. Once our item was on home soil it was delivered way quicker than expected which was great appreciated .”
