“Great customer service. Website that works on mobile and computer. Office is in Australia, imported products, but hey it's affordable and quick. My Only suggestion would be to put a link for the weights that match the bar on the page so you know you are buying the matching set. Overall it's the only place I will order gym equipment from because it's great.”

“Happy with the products, not happy with having to pay $159 for a taillift delivery that was not even used on delivery, and not happy that gym direct brushed off this complaint and blamed the courier side and did not offer to pursue the issue with the courier.”

“Love these guys,my first ever purchase I had a bad experience, I didn’t receive my order till almost 3 months later and they were equipment in stock to, so I was put off. But emi referred my friend to this site for equipment so after she told me the posteage was faster I tried again, & ever since then I never go on a different site. These guys are my go to guys hence why I keep ordering from them. So moral of the story is to give them a second chance because theyll come back better . Love gym direct”
