“The product was delivered 2 weeks later then what I was told multiple times. Items were missing when delivered. Customer service from Chris was ordinary at best as I received the same excuse every time the order delivery date was pushed back.”

“Dropped my phone in the toilet, had to travel across Sydney with no map, arrived at the appointment 40 mins late, their response was, "Great to see you mate, wait by your car, we'll get the items ready and pack them in for you". 10/10 service after what happened, thanks gym direct, made my day.”
