“Whilst we appreciate the dumbell rack, the approach and inflexibility with respect to the delivery / leave at front door when living inner city seemed unreasonable and irritating. To not be able to receive even a notification of the date it would be delivered and the approximate time in such a scenario caused a lot of issues. A lot of companies have significant order volumes and do the courtesy of informing customers accordingly. To say this is not possible seemed unprofessional and a little dismissive of a reasonable request. Below to then ask if the order was delivered on time is ridiculous given you don't advise the approximate time the order would be delivered.”

“Decent products, customer service alright, service in general could be better. Delivered one order in multiple trucks on different days. Labels items in stock that aren’t in stock. But overall some decent items.”

“After reading some unfavourable reviews I was a little concerned about placing an order, but Gym Direct had exactly what I wanted and at a good price. My concerns were completely unnecessary, as Gym Direct promptly responded to my order, kept me informed throughout the process, and the item was even delivered a day earlier than I expected. I really couldn't have asked for better and will look to Gym Direct for any future gym/sporting needs. Thanks heaps!”
