“Have ordered a multiple times from Gym Direct and the service is always great with good communication about delivery. They take time to check order details by phone if there are potential problems before dispatching which is excellent.”

“Having just assembled my Gym Direct order it appears like quality home gym equipment. Having previously ordered from another online “gym” store I’ll not go back. Great tracking and order updates. Remember order home gym quality that’s what you get. Order professional gym quality and you get stuff that’ll survive a lifetime and some.”

“my experience may be atypical since i ordered during Covid. i was aware when i ordered that delivery times were under strain. it still boggled my mind how long things took. but i didn't let it worry me too much since they had warned me. i guess it took more than a month for stuff to arrive. the great things that happened however well outway any others: 1. they called me and advised me that my order included an item less suited to my purpose than i had thought. they suggested an alternative. the alternative they suggested is my favourite 2. the actual equipment is very sturdy and was very easy to assemble 3. the delivery process when it happened was good and i could track it which helps. 4. the olympic weights that are colourful and large fill me with joy and me feel like a God - so much nicer to lift in my mind So a very good experience and I would recommend these people.”

“You need no more motivation than getting all your exercise equipment from Gym Direct. Ordering was simple, cost is competitve and delivery was fast. You'll be up and exercising before you know it. They have my full recommendation.”
